Very conveniently located and funky, contemporary ambience with very well designed quiet rooms. A rather disconcerting "mood lighting" system that had a mind of its own. Breakfast was excellent and fair value for Geneva. Staff were outstanding. Friendly, attentive and welcoming. Likewise the wait staff in the restaurant were very good.

This Hotel is excellent, because it's clean (very clean). The staff is helpful and very friendly. The Hotel is in the near of the Lake of Geneva. The breakfast was excellent. The Bed was very comfortable.

The room was spotless! Very modern and the hotel was also very nice. We eat well in the restaurant of the hotel, on the other hand, make it clear to the waiters that see the return, otherwise they do not refund the difference, especially if it is a large amount. I don't think it's so nice and it makes a horrible impression. The welcome very well like everything else. You can enjoy two free transport tickets throughout the city of Geneva.

Very nice, stylish, calm and clean hotel! Large rooms and nicely decorated. Very good location, close to all the main attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only suggestion we have is regarding the breakfast. The breakfast options are a bit confusing as there is not much information on what is included in each of the three options. Also, if you choose the “healthy breakfast” (second option) you are asked to sit separately from the other guests having their breakfast, shown to the bar area where the tables are very small and some are very low. Therefore I t is very difficult to eat and you also feel a bit out of place. It would be nice to sit in a proper dinning area in order to enjoy the breakfast. Apart from this small detail, we really enjoyed our stay and we would definitely go back.

The hotel has everything that is needed for a success business trip. Excellently located with good wife, electrical outlets and other business needs. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The food was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay at this hip, fun and artsy hotel.

Clean and decent service. Breakfast is average but good. Room are spacious and with all the modern amenities you need. Location is also good. Not a palace but it will do the job if you are on a business trip or if you are not planning on staying all day at the hotel.

Very nice place, the décor is elegant, the buffet breakfast and the staff very welcoming; I recommend, good value for money.

Superior Room Nice bathroom with super shower. Nice idea of the shower dish made up of sea stones.
Against the bedside table with a lamp above leaves no room for placing a pin.

Standard room really very well appointed, spacious and comfortable (beds as seats). Bathroom (so with bathtub) superb.
Immaculate premises, with an endeating decoration (including a collection of guitars that is worth visiting for amateurs) in its range of standing, the prices of the services are correct.
I don't know about you, but in my next visit to Geneva, I'll go down to N'vy again!

A breath of fresh air, good music, friendly and professional staff in a city where hotel services are way overrated. The rooms are great, clean and spacious and the staff is next level friendly and fun. If you like music and rock and roll, you'll be impressed by Thierry Guetta's art pieces and the old guitars on display. Really a great hotel.

Best hotel in Geneva, the staff is so nice nothing is impossible, hotel has a nice décor, and the restaurant good food. I always stay at N'vy. Thank you to all staff for always welcoming me when I come and taking so good care of me.

Perfect location, near the train station and close to all the points of interest of the city, which are at most 25 min walk.

This is an artsy and modern hotel with a New York inspired theme. The staff was responsive, courteous and professional. Rooms are also very modern with windows that open. The rooms were good size as well. The pictures attached are of some art that was interesting There are also some famous guitar’s displayed in the hotel lobby. It was pretty quiet when we were there and it looked like there was a very nice restaurant. We only spent one night. The kids enjoyed Bluetoothing into the sound system in the room. The downside was the uncomfortable bed and pillows that only provided barely an inch of support on the head. They really need to upgrade their beds and provide decent pillows. We noticed elsewhere in Switzerland very thin pillow seems to be a theme.

Whenever I am in Geneva on business, I almost always stay at the N'vY. The staff remembers me and my preferences and treats me very well. The rooms are comfortable and electronic amenities are very good as well. I especially appreciate the large number of English language TV stations to watch. The bar and restaurant are also quite excellent. The breakfast buffet is wonderful and gets me off to a great start each day. The proximity of the hotel to restaurants in Geneva that I enjoy is very good as is the proximity to a tram stop and the train station.

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff and awesome decor. I stayed here for one night, at a very reasonable rate, and really enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel. The room was very comfortable, with modern, stylish, but tasteful decor. The staff were courteous and friendly. Definitely recommended.

Nice hotel, the drinks at the bar are severely overpriced. I understand it's a five star hotel but that doesn't make the gin and tonic taste any better nor does it validate a price of $22

What a funky beautiful hotel. Great value for money. Very comfortable rooms, tastefully decorated. Bed a bit firm for us but still comfortable. The bar has a cool relaxed warm vibe. The staff are all very helpful and super friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Geneva.

Information written at the reception and in the hotel data only in English, in the middle of francophone land. Anglophones are better received than the locals! Bad message… Otherwise good for the rest (except too heated room and noisy street). Perfect staff and excellent restaurant.

Amazing decor with an interesting Classic Guitars collection, it also hosts a nice restaurant (you can’t go wrong with the hamburguer accompanied by a pint of draft beer). Very friendly and helpful staff, and incredibly well-located (near a tram station that takes you to the central Train station within minutes).

The location is good between the old city and the UN venues, although surrounded by the red quartier. The hotel is modern and comfortable. Staff is polite although not very friendly. Baths and beds top quality.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Room was decent enough and I like some of the boutique elements, but the reception staff were pretty slow and unhelpful. It's on the edge of the red light district… Not dreadfully so, but a little seedy.

Quite disappointing. Rooms were smaller than expected and a bit tatty. Bathroom was not a bad size. Hotel is not located in a particularly nice area.

Modern, chic, has all essentials and great service. The staff is very friendly. Location is close to the lake, although the actual street it resides and a couple of street surrounding are nothing special.

Fantastic hotel less than 4 minutes walk from the lac with rooms with a lake view. Decor is spectacular and staff are above standard. I would rate the rooms 5/5.

Picked this hotel a bit randomly, was not disappointed with the modern layout and cool furniture. Rooms are clean, staff are very helpful and polite. You won't regret a stay here.

The only reason for the one star is the staff, they are attentive and very nice. The building doesn't come close! At $495.00+ USD per night the building and systems should work. The room was was hot and regardless of the thermostat setting, there was no cooling and almost no air movement. Way too hot to sleep. The staff was responsive to my request for service then ext morning. When I returned after a day of meetings, the room was still hot and thermostat had been turned off? I spoke with the staff before dinner and they said that they would fix it. I got back to the room to find a large freestanding floor fan had been placed in the room, blowing all of my papers and receipts around the room. The thermostat had been set at 5'C and turned off. The building system wasn't turned on or working. They had opened the door to the patio, presumably to try to get some cool air into the room. After closing the patio door, I had to use a towel to kill 21 large mosquitoes that had come into the room. Two expensive nights of sweaty poor sleeping conditions. Other issues: bathroom sink almost fully clogged, shower light broken, door to room safe out of alignment have to force open and closed, TV and remote not working, and the Philips room ambiance system was not working. Very expensive and awful conditions.

Located close to the lake. Close to team which can take you to the train/bus station. The train takes you fast to the Airport.

Very trendy hotel in the middle of Geneva. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Harmony at the front desk was especially attentive to us and answered all questions and requests. We showed up a bit early and hotel allowed for early checkin (which was awesome after a 4hr train ride). Room was very clean and furniture\electronics were new and updated. We had a few hours to kill on checkout day and spent some time in the cafe. Was very pleased with service and food served was well worth the prices. I saw some comments about prices from earlier posts but these prices are in line with properties in any city especially for the quality of this hotel. If I visit Switzerland in the future I will definitely stay with you guys again. Thanks again for making our stay so pleasant.

I booked two executive rooms at this hotel based on all the reviews. The rooms (even though the executive is still quite small) and the hotel itself is modern looking, and the location is quite close to the lake. The only reason I'm not giving a the hotel a good rating is because the service was just terrible. The wait staff especially at breakfast time was not good at all and just seems to walk around aimlessly. It made the whole experience for us not worthwhile. The TV in the room did not function and even after complaining about it for four days, it was not fixed our entire stay there.

One of the best and fanciest hotels in Geneva. I really liked it there. They have great artworks. The food in the restaurant was also good.

A bathtub shower that doesn't protect water from spilling out properly. No water drainage aside from the shower area. Toilet chokes easily. And the hotel is relatively expensive.

The room is good clean and beautiful, but the restaurant was fully book and the room service is stop and don't know what time to restart… As a guest, I don't know what to say.
