This hotel is somewhat delapidated and generally in need of an referbishment.

Clean, nice place. Rooms are small, esspecially bathroom. Ideal for short stay.

The four stars are not deserved. Very old hotel. Very small bathroom. Curtains that do not obscure the outside light. Poor quality breakfast Bad value for money.

Good Location. Tram practically at the Door. Small and old Rooms.

Unfortunately the experience wasn't good. The heat system didn't work well at the beginning of November, I complained but the answer was that I shut down the radiator. I will not back to this place again.

The hotel is very big. The breakfast was very good. The rooms are small and the bathroom is just tiny (number 507) … I'd like to have slippers, which, unfortunately, are not even in a bathroom at the mini-bar … There are no channels in the Russian language. The staff were friendly and helpful. The Wifi was very good. There's a few tables in the lobby on the first floor that you can wait for your friends or partners to visit. The location is very good. Everything is in step availability. For a trip for a couple of days, that's good enough.

Cool family hotel of course not activities for kids.

This is a not a bad hotel, But the parking charge is rip off. 28 pounds for 1 might. They should provide free parking for quests if available! Couldn't use the Wi-Fi at all. So slow which couldn't load any page.

Good place for the price. Suitable for a weekend trip, but not a 5 star vacation hotel.

Nearby a bunch of shops, nicely sized rooms, and great front desk staff.

The hotel was distinctly average. By Geneva prices it's reasonably cheap, but you really don't get much for your money. The staff were not rude, but they were also not overly friendly. Location was fine for me, as I enjoyed the walk (there is a tram station nearly, but I never used it). Wifi was good, I was able to stream video. Room was small, but fit for purpose and reasonably quiet.

Geneva is cute, but not to spend more than 24 hours. Good hotel but a little to rejuvenate.

The worst hotel! Old rooms, staff not friendly and not very helpful and cherry on the cake the toilets were clogged! In short to avoid absolutely!

I had to move the furniture around just to open my suitcase. It's so small that the bathroom door opens up into the bed it does not even open fully. The headboard was old and breaking w peices of wicker and straw. The hotel was so old and not nice that I didn't even sleep there.

Poor Wi-Fi, good service, clean room equipped with almost all amenities except a kettle. Two steps away from the tram which connects in an exceptional way, the city is mostly free for those staying in the hotel: upon arrival you will be given a card that will have value to all forms of transport completely free.

It was a nightmarish experience. Rooms were so small that u can't even walk. They didn't had any person to keep the luggage in the room so we had to carry the luggage to our room. No room service. Receptionist was very rude breakfast was below standard no basic amenities altogether it was horrible experience staying over there.

Staff of the most unpleasant that was. Total lack of respect, in my case I got names by the receptionist. Airs past hotel d, atmosphere very bizzare. Highly not recommended. I was born in Geneva and my life never seen a too shabby place.

Avoid this hotel, terrible food, small room, old, bad internet, tiny elevator, noisy, no safety lock.

Tired is the way I'd describe this hotel. It was clean enough, but everything was old. By far the worst part by far though was the breakfast! This was booked by my work and they had no option to pre-book breakfast. The breakfast people had my room on the list so I assumed it was included. I endured two mornings of rubbish, cold, hardboiled eggs and stale toast. They made an effort the second day and there was a tin of luke-warm chopped sausage. I would have been OK about it, but then I was to be treated to a bill of 54 CHF! There were no price lists anywhere and I was never told the cost. So that was over £30 for two of the most meagre breakfasts I think I've ever had at a hotel. The staff were miserable and awkward, and I get the feeling they didn't speak much English, which is weird for a hotel in Geneva. Do yourself a favour and book somewhere else. A very expensive hotel, even for such an expensive city.
