➜ Detestable service. You have to go to the bar to order. The waitress is not friendly at all. It's Switzerland! The hotel industry needs to wake up in terms of quality!
➜ We had dinner in this restaurant for a birthday, I knew, from those who reserved that it is practically mandatory to reserve if you want to eat, also it is almost exclusively possible to eat on the terrace during the summer period, arrived at the restaurant we asked a young waitress if it was not possible to be sitting in an area closer to the lake, but we were silenced halfway through our question by another waitress who, in unkind tones, told us that our table was the one attached to the wall of the restaurant, which you couldn't change and that we should have specified it when we called for reservation…
The service was pretty good, the three waitresses and, I think the manager, present that evening ran a lot to serve everyone at their best.
In the end we had a good time, beautiful dishes, plentiful and delicious, I recommend a lot of tartare, roast beef or pork mignon fillet, however you could use more friendly tones with tourists, even if they speak Italian among themselves.
