Best hotel ever with great hospitality!

The rooms are big and confortable, people who work in the hotel are amazing — though busy with a big event, they were all nice and heartful, found time to help us with everything, including booking for other activities. The Thai restaurant is definitely to try.

Friendly place, I came there to warm up after a day of riding under the rain, I could put my gloves by the cheminey to dry, and they did not mind me being wet gave me a place to hang my stuff, etc.

Food and service 1A. Can't complain.

2 Where ago we spent 11 beautiful eventful days at the Hotel Albana in Silvaplana. The location of the hotel is central and the bus connection is good, you can explore the Engadine even without a car.
The hotel is clean and the hygiene is important. The staff is friendly and competent, very good seasonal cuisine, everything always fresh. We felt completely taken care of and will book again.

Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff, simple yet great spa, our room was big and perfect to bring our dog with. We are extremely grateful we stayed here is even for a night, we truly enjoyed it.

Superb stay and special mention for staff. They were all very good. Specially Mr Hause! Excellent Hotel!

In May the hotel does not work fully, the spa does not work. And so cozy and spacious!

The rooms are not exactly new but very clean, cool and practically furnished. The price is right. The breakfast buffet is sensational and highly recommended. Also the menu for the evening can be seen and the kitchen team cooks very well. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I can highly recommend the Albana.

You feel at home right from the start. Family atmosphere, attentive and friendly staff at any time for a snack. Welcome to friends. We'll be back.

The room over the kitchen is very noisy. There are a lot of children who yell in the staircase and we can't sleep very well. But the food is very good. The personnal is very nice and the prices are moderated.

The rooms were quiet, clean and nice.
The breakfast rich, good and served in a nice room, so it can start well in the day. The whole crow of the hotel starting from the boss and the boss to the room service were all very friendly and helpful. You feel at home, well and in a good atmosphere. The location of the hotel is really sensational and you can relax on the sun terrace or in the sauna! Smoking is allowed in the chimney room, so smokers do not have to stand in the cold in winter. Good value for the price. The only downside is that one of the rooms is always on the street side, but the solo travellers would find the time to enjoy the beautiful view, but unfortunately this is the same problem in almost all hotels!

I stayed during a company event in this hotel, it has really good food. But it is a smoker's hotel. They have a smoker room inside the hotel besides the restaurant and the bar. The room is not ventilated and insulated meaning with a couple of people smoking there the whole floor gets the smell of cigarette. Making it really unpleasant and if you are with kids then, you better move really away. They do have one of the best graubündner nusstorte though.

Visited during June 2016. Outstanding restaurant! Warm hospitality. Large and comfortable rooms. Few rooms have lake view. Highly recommended (The review refers to the new Albana lodge)

A really great hotel. The staff are all very nice and trying very hard to make it a law. So you feel comfortable and so should be a 4 star hotel be.
The rooms are nice and spacious.
The food in the restaurant is top class and even with special needs is entered on guests.
We will be back!
