The most wonderful hotel, atmosphere and design is stunning. The staff are so sweet and helpful. All the amenities anyone could ever need. The food and drinks are also top class. There is really nothing I can fault in this hotel. They do a wonderful job at the Kronenhof.

Fantastic breakfast. Incredible choice of excellent restaurants including ability to take evening meal at a variety of other locations. Kronenstübli restaurant was a fantastic experience. So many things included such as kids club, free golf at the Kulm Hotel and free public transport including cable car. Incredible possibilities for kids activities.
Considering what is included this is very good value. Looking forward to returning!

The best hotel in Pontresina. Beautiful hotel with supper friendly staffs. Nice view from every balcony room. Great spa, swimming pool and kids club! Really recommended.

Best hotel that I visited in Europe so far.

Wow. If I could give it 6 stars I would. I've been lucky enough to stay in 5 star hotels before (Fairmont, Ritz, etc. ) but this one tops them all and not just by a small margin. Every detail was taken care of. The quality of service was impeccable. The staff were knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly starting before we even arrived (with the pickup from the train station). The pool/spa area is amazing. The massage was the best I've had in my life. The meal we had at the Kronenstubli was outstanding. Overall: definitely worth the money and would love to come back again some day. One thing to note: Pontresina is a small village. If you are looking for a vibrant night life scene this may not be ideal. But if you are looking for incredible mountain vistas, beautiful natural surroundings, comfort, luxury, class, and relaxation then this hotel is perfect for you.

Great old restored hotel. Great service and food. They wear suits and ties at the front desk. Amazing solid staircase. Stay here if you want the best.

In addition to the breakfast, it could be a little nicer. Didn't convince me but that was the only thing. Attentive, professional staff. Room service great. The hotel manager said goodbye to us personally today and also at dinner he came to the guests and asked if everything is according to the wishes. What more can we say? awesome! Thank you very much.

Came here with my fiance just to explore and have some afternoon drinks and snacks. The building is absolutely gorgeous and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend!

We were in the Kronenhof for the first time, but certainly not for the last time.

Wonderful hotel but remember to bring a jacket as it is required for dinner for the hotel dressing code! The property is beautiful and very well kept and the food at the restaurant is great.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It seems strange to be a normal mortal but very quickly. Fitness and Wellness are the hammer!

We were really impressed by the Grand Hotel Kronenhof. We stayed there with our two sons (2 and 5 years) three nights. We have experienced a fantastic service and incredibly friendly and loving staff, and that in all areas of the hotel. You can also enjoy the spa with its own children's area!

I can only warmly recommend everyone. All around a great team from A to Z. Always happy again and again and until the next time.

Had a wonderful stay here. Beautiful old building, everything well maintained and clean. Great views, both from the room and the nice spa area. Wonderful food in a beautiful, historic dining room. The service is very good as well, so this place fully deserves its five stars.

The Kronenhof and its staff are the cradle of the living hospitality of the highest standard. They understand perfectly to cater to the individual needs of all guests, including the children. Never intrusive, but always present… Thanks for the wonderful moments, we are looking forward to the next "quality Time" in the Engadin.

We only visited the spa, which was wonderful. Beautiful views, great facilities and very professional staff. The Sauna ceremony was very enjoyable.

Absolutely stunning hotel! Fantastic surroundings, fantastic staff and the building itself is just wonderful. You feel like you're in a time machine and are set back hundred years :-) Exept that all things are well kept and totally up to date.

This hotel is special to me and overall the best hotel I've ever stayed. I come back here often. It has superb spa with a splendid view and a big pool with underwater music. The hotel is kid-friendly with a play room and small pool in the spa. Perfect in winter and summer thanks to the convenient location.

This is the kind of place you want to visit if you enjoy faultless service, outstanding cusine and the best of facilities. Wellness is the best I have ever encountered. Lots of activities are possible — particularly outstanding walks in the surrounding mountains, bike riding, etc skiing in the winter. Or just resting. We'll go back again.

Just imagine a five-star hotel. Well-kept ambience, helpful support, unique wellness area. The dining room is a dream.
