The hotel is in a beautiful place and has a lot of potential, unfortunately it is not run in a very professional way. The staff all seemed like it’s their first day, even though they were friendly, they kept giving misleading information. Spa is tiny, jacuzzi wasn’t working properly, room was cold, food was average. The restaurant positions itself as Italian and with a pizza oven, but honestly I make better pizza at home. Would not recommend and will not come again.
Booked this rather late, got a great room with amazing views. Staff was an absolute 10/10. We ended up mixing up check-out time, but they were super relaxed about it. Good food in the restaurant and the area… just wow! A must to re-visit for us!
