➜ Everything so wonderful… You can only wish everyone had been there once.
On one hand beutiful location and on the other hand unwelcoming stuff rude and nasty!
Went into the hotel with my 7 years old daughter to use the toilets. While I was waiting for her, the owner approached me and yelled that I should pay him 10 Swiss Franks for using the toilets!
No manners no guest realtions no nothing just asking us to pay at the most rude unpolite way!
He wouldn't let me wait for her to finish and demanded me to leave out.
Even when my 83 years mother came in to use the toilets he wouldn't let her and showed her the way out.
Shame on you!
I would never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel or even stop for a coffee.
You are far away from knowing how to treat or welcome your guests, even if they are not hotel guests.
(And btw there was no sign or any notice for visitors which prohibited using or paying for the toilets).
