Thanks for the quiet, impressive location, pure relaxation at all times.
Food from morning to evening excellent.
infrastructure also good.
Service at the guest with e. G. Ski resort transfer etc. It's all a matter of course.

Very nice environment, super service, excellent ski slopes.

From the reception, to the rooms (top floor) to level 1 (where the pool is located), it stinks of cigarettes. The owner of the establishment smokes in a room, which is right next to the reception and stinks of the whole hotel. Despite my complaint at the front desk; I was told that the boss could smoke next door because it is a "private" room. Result I had booked 3 nights at this hotel, I changed hotels. I certainly don't recommend this hotel.

There is no better way to do it. Clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff. Thank you very much.

Were a week on ski holidays.
The weather didn't play with but the hotel was great. It will try to give the customer a good feeling. The food is varied and if you like you will be too tired:-)
Rooms are tidy. Nice bathroom except for the drainage capacity of the shower which is not very bad. Hotel's own ski shuttle service is great.

Excellent food, cozy rooms. The staff made our Christmas holiday a delight. Very close to the ski areas. Spa was very relaxing after a day on the slopes.

We have on 13 / 14 December 2014 in the SunStar Albeina Klosters stayed. We were very satisfied. Friendly, quiet, clean and nicely furnished rooms. The food was wonderful and the service was very friendly and helpful. We like to come back. Carmela Natale, Hans Sigg and Monika Hansen.

Relaxing holiday in a nice hotel with mountain views
We were able to experience a beautiful vacation in Klosters. The SunStar Albeina hotel meets all expectations. We had a nice and clean her room. The view of the mountains was wonderful. The food was excellent and every time a "highlight".
In addition, the staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel is also very beautifully designed and furnished with love.
Conclusion: We will travel again to Klosters.

Hotel is clean and good, great breakfast buffet, child friendly, pool is 28 degrees too cool. Going on dinner. Is good but much seems not homemade. So at least "spätzle" are likely to come out of the House, would immediately enhance the food.
