The greeting and check in by Robert was first class. Great modern rooms with amazing views of Davos.

We only had a drink in the bar wish we had another night in Davos so we could have stayed here. The hotel is stunning and the staff are so friendly and the drinks are very reasonably priced.

This is what I call a great hotel! The design and the service is superb. We spent a weekend here and check-out feeling relaxed and happy. One restaurant offers a variety of grilled meat, the other is a typical Italian restaurant; feels like being Italy. I can totally recommend this hotel if your planning a ski or biking holiday or if you just want to unwind.

Loved it! The staff was superb. The food and drinks were delicious. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Nice front desk staff, large and comfortable rooms! Open the balcony door to greet you is the scenery of the landscape and the worm songbird called!

This is my favorite hotel in all of Switzerland. I always like to get here. Extremely clean top maintained and service at its best the food is enormous.

Great location! Although the outside looks a bit… Germanic… the inside is very comfy and definitely delivers a luxury service design and atmosphere.

I came here for 4 years. This year my sister fell and injured herself, they had no one who was trained in first aid. Furthermore they did not have a single complete first aid kit in the whole hotel nor in their cars. For 5 stars this is inadequate, for 2 stars this would be inadequate so this is the last year im going to come. I would recommend everyone a different hotel in Davos as there are many more alternatives. The Hotel Management reacted to our concerns very aggressively and very arrogantly. I will come back once the manager has been changed.

Top notch, spacious rooms with a view — all facing the town and mountains. All restaurants in the hotel provide excellent food, though service can be slow. Overall however hotel feels too big for the facilities it has — pools and saunas can get pretty full. Also lots of kids.

Good big Hotel. There is something individual Missing. Good Quiet location. For someone who wants to have short Distances to the next ski lift is a bit remote. Eating well in your own two Resturants — but not particularly. There is a Nespresso coffee Machine In The Room. Staff very friendly.

Fabulous experience. Luxurious rooms a marvelous Spa with the best treatments. The view is just a dream. The breakfast buffet is amazing and has choice for whatever your preference is. High standard of gastronomy and hospitality. An overall delightful experience.

When we fagten after a lunch at the hotel reception, we were promptly abegwiesen without justification. When we asked for reason, it was said that the restaurant was not open to non-hotel guests.
As an alternative, we recommended a pizzeria directly at the station, which bears the beautiful name of The Godfather, as it is better suited for us.

I rate this Intercontinental hotel in Davos 5 for their overall excellence in all areas. It is easily to rate give it a high rating as there is nothing negative to find on my last visit. Great staffs, great service and excellent service for the price you pay. Staffs were just falling over themselves to make you feel welcome and excellent house team.
I will definitely return to this hotel.

This is by far one of the best hotels in the world. The location is iconic, scenic and will leave you mesmerised. But, what really makes this hotel is the excellence and professionalism of the InterContinental Davos team. The attention to detail as well as the determination to go above and beyond is examplery. Fantastic! Room was amazing with a large balcony and walk in shower. Shuttle was convenient to and from town. Fondue in the restaurant was perfect.

Very nice hotel, nicely furnished room, enchanting views and tasty breakfast in the restaurant (but not as excellent as e. G. In the Intercontinental Marseille).
Unfortunately, I have generally felt cool or "artificial" charisma of the staff in the hotel (Swiss people are usually super friendly — you are even greeted and smiled by strangers on the street! ).
Club Lounge offer is rather more modest than usual at Intercontinental hotels (e. G. Alcoholic drinks are served only between 5 pm and 7 pm and still some grievances — but the staff always find a justifiable answer; e. G. Forgotten drinks Plate o. No hot water for tea / standards are missing).
In addition, there are no staff on site at the club (but there is an extension number to the reception or concierge) and there is no corner with computer and workstations available and provided (business centre but available).
Wellness area is officially fully usable only after 3 p. M. (after consultation sauna can also be switched on earlier), minibar modest; Problems with ventilation in the room (tank) and on the floor (in the room, however, the problem has been fixed and room changes have also been proposed or upgrade to suite with discount i. H. V. 20%).
At check-IN you can win vouchers e. G. I. H. V. 15% (but only one lot possible) and you get a gift pressed in hand. Somehow, Check-IN seemed unusual for an InterContinental.

An excellent hotel overlooking the village. Cyber and elegant. Every room has a balcony and free use of the drinks in the refrigerator, well equipment and extremely good for the bed making me a good sleep. The dinner and breakfast are billion.

5 stars are not exaggerated for this Hotel: Unfriendly Welcome, the reception is even in the handle. An extremely meager selection of food. The Buffet in the Morning was good. We were over new year's eve there and they asked for a meager selection of Swiss and Japan 400 CHF specialities. But the height was the Dessert, as they have served a couple of dry cakes and biscuits, but neither Sorbet nor ice cream. We were very disappointed, the rooms were very nicely designed, but we had to pay for Wi-Fi per day Chf 5, where it worked properly. In our Bedroom, the curtain was already at the arrival is broken and it has not been repaired in spite of xmaliger complaints. Also, the height of the cleaning service on Friday, so a lot of residue left behind. The Wellness area is a joke, since he was the Outpool is extremely small and the indoor pool not worth talking about, children under the age of 16 may only use it until 18:00. It's a good 400 people in the Hotel were, the skiing and snowboarding wanted in the whole of the ski rides only 3 small Shutles with space for 8 persons including the driver. This unusual Hotel evokes emotions. Had a good time. Here is expensive.

True five star hotel feeling, the room and its infrastructure. My girlfriend and I went there in September 2015, that's off season time, so the hotel and the town is quite empty. There was only one restaurant open, which was just average, there might be better ones in town. Go for a quick walk in the forest just behind the hotel, very pretty and clam.

From my August visit. The lobby area was way cooler than my room. When I complained they told me they don't have air conditioning, its only ventilation! For a five stars hotel, lying to a customer is really bad for their names. The worst intercontinental hotel I've been to. Other than AC everything else was fine.

Sadly this hotel has not been worthy of its 5 star reputation due to the following: -posting on its website services that are in reality NOT available -replying to my inquiries over two days late despite me calling and asking for service -no follow up on my declined bookings due to no childcare (when clearly available on website) To all you traveling there do make sure you double check the services that are promised are actually available. Hard to understand why this hotel would be part of a Hotelstars Union and moreover listed as a 5 star when customer service is just not up to par to other 5 stars I have had the pleasure to reside at.

Be careful to ask for services that interest you being specifically available. Not all is as described on the website! For example, website says the Hotel offers childcare but turns out it is not true for the weekend we tried to book and not one informed us until specifically requested. Really not very professional.

Unfriendly welcome and briefing upon arrival. Very poor service in General. Transfer organization unusable. Spa area too small. Fitness equipment are not available. Parking cost is disproportionately high. Dining lean "a la card" offer. Drinks are way too expensive. Wine prices much too expensive, 5 price of the gross purchase. Price/performance in the restaurants is wrong. Breakfast room too small, not all hotel guests have to the sit. WILAN offer expensive and poorly resolved. Rooms and facilities are superb. Decorations in the hotel are very nice. We are in the Switzerland, one does not notice that but, because everything happens in English. In summary, it is to say that the hotel management should surprise in not that Switzerland spends her holidays abroad.

Nice hotel on the edge of Lake of Davos. Very friendly and helpful staff. The offer of drinks and food can be however to be desired. The exception is the breakfast buffet here. It is varied and fresh. The wellness area has been slightly too small. The staff should be a little more to order. Used towels block unused beds and the ground around the two pools is partially under water. Tip: Be sure choose a village / mountain view room.

It can't be better. Architecture, ambience, rooms, view, food, activities for children, Service and above all the outstanding friendliness and helpfulness of every staff member. Something you can experience only rarely! We come again and can the InterConti in Davos recommend to anyone.
