I'm not normally a person who would ever write reviews but because this was the ABSOLUTE WORST place I have ever stayed I feel I need to warn other potential customers! Out dated and ugly building in a very poor location and EXTREMELY OVER PRICED! Breakfast was called a "buffet" but was just awful. Bread was burnt on the outside and frozen on the inside, cheese was old and fruit was not fresh at all. When I informed the receptionist MARCO MULLER, he simply did not care. I politely asked if there was more orange juice and again he made it clear that he DID NOT CARE!
WORST customer service I have ever experienced. Marco is very very old and slow and in my opinion is not healthy enough to be responsible at his age for such a business. A truly disgusting human being, made it clear to me that he was racist against people with dark skin, both myself and my friend (non-Germans) were victimized by him based purely on how we look… He didn't want us in his hotel from the moment we checked in, after the first night he then tried to cancel our stay for NO REASON. When we refused because we had no where else to go, he then went an even further step and accused us of damaging the room called the police and tried to get us arrested. Police of course could not do anything because none of it was true! Just lies in a pathetic attempt to evict paying customers from his hotel due to the color of their skin.
