We stay there for a long weekend and it was much better than I expected. When we arrived we tried to order some food from the bar but they couldn't make us some sandwiches with ham and cheese because there was no sandwiched like that in the menu, but there was ham and cheese separately… anyway, the rooms weren't ready until 3 o'clock in the afternoon, but was ok. The room was big enough and with two floors, perfect for us four. We had dinner at the restaurant and I must say that was really nice. The garden around the hotel it's perfect for the kids to run. If you are traveling with kids, there is a play room big enough to spend the dead hours if the weather isn't good. Waldo take a walk to the lake through a forest and the kids enjoyed a lot. There are enough Parking spaces for cars and for bikes. The personal was nice with the kids and there were always willing to help. The room was very clean as expected. I personally found the price a little bit expensive, but at the end was all worth it.

We spent two days in a seminar at the Hotel Seegarten. The staff on site are very friendly, the food very good and the rooms very clean and generous. The location is very quiet.
The fifth star is missing from the furnishing as a seminar hotel: All rooms should be equipped with a wall, flip charts, workshop materials and post-its without consultation. By appointment, however, everything was organized except for large post-its.

Very friendly, very well eaten! You will feel comfortable. I know better. But not tragic. I'm used to rooms a balcony with a view of the lake. It awaits in the Green has. So wars also. But with a lovely walk to the beautiful lake promenade. For a 3* Hotel very well. It is recommended to. Greetings from Lucerne. We are sure to come once again.

The food was excellent and the staff were very helpful.
The staff is friendly and young people are well trained.
The rooms are perfectly in line with expectations and are very clean. Also the daily cleaning is top!
Short walks lead to beautiful scenery as you can see in the pictures.

But what is not at all OK is the price of the spirits so who still pays 12. — CHF for 4CL "herbs"? A very clear rip off and the excuse is "we don't need this spirituos much" seriously? No no no.
