We had booked the Swan Suite for one night. The hotel is great, very friendly and attentive staff. Generous breakfast buffet. Sensational dinner at IGNIV. An all-round successful stay.

Amazing! From the moment you arrive the service is on point. Bellman and front office manager alike. We arrived after a day of skiing, they were more than hospitable. We checked out bags in and were escorted to one of the 6 restaurants on site. We had an incredible meal. The hotel was very kids and pet friendly. Cant say enough. Spa and Casino were incredible too. Hotel public areas have undergone renovations and look fantastic, almost boutique style. I’ve never stayed here as I’m too local for that but I’ve eaten in virtually every restaurant and private dining too and the food and service is always first class.

We were only in the bathroom. I found it very, very expensive.
The water may be great and it is certainly nice to look into the mountains, but 38 ChF was very proud.

A truly noble Grand Hotel with a wonderful park and a beautiful indoor pool. In the park there are always new exhibitions by various artists. There are also plenty of shady cookies. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy.

A top of the class thermal resort, spotless indoor and outdoor pools with the thermal water, huge rooms, friendly staff and excellent food and beverage restaurant concepts. We tried the Inamoun Asian restaurant, food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We also tried the Sunday barbecue buffet, quite a tradition again the food was delicious and the service outstanding. We had a wonderful relaxing weekend with my wife and we highly recommend it. Congratulations to the management and thank you for your hospitality!

Hotel — and wellness at the highest level. From car park service to concierge, room service and food, all very well. Huge breakfast buffet with many regional products and very friendly staff. The Grand resort Bad Ragaz is a very pleasant, gutausgestattetes Spa hotel. The grounds are very clean, the staff is friendly and the restaurants are highly excellent. Unfortunately, the rooms lack air conditioning. So if someone is prone to warm temperatures, it may be advisable to visit the winter instead of summer.
The spa complex is very well equipped: length swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam bath and cold pool. The outdoor is also available in summer.
There are negative points for the lack of air-conditioning, which are actually self-evident in European luxury hotels. The best friend of the people here also costs CHF 50 per night. In addition, the piano in the bar is intended only for the pianist, where other hotels, amateurs are welcomed.

The Hotel Hof Ragaz is, i. E. Used as a personal hotel of the super-rich Arab clientele and that's exactly how we felt in this 5 star hotel… after super great nights in a spa suite (probably on the price. ;-) ) now this disappointment!. The reception was super friendly, then the first damper. The tickets for the Tamina Gorge Lights Show ordered 3 weeks in advance were not yet ready. You will get them and bring them to rooms… nothing, an hour before the start of hectic hmm, yes where are they the… ahh are coming soon. Are they still… — 1. The sound system of the TV a pure catastrophe, on some channels the sound is unusable. — 1. The housekeeping enters the room after a short knock and a yes moment of my site without waiting…!. (Lucky, could just make the bathrobe.! ). Nespresso machine is forgotten by housekeeping, no cups are replenished. Drink coffee from mug) — 1. Then food is advertised in the room, well at least large offered. Of course we use it, especially since we don't like handörgelimusicians who play the restaurant because of the 1st of August. Ok taste thing … ;-) … so food ordered to the room. A super sniffed waiter brings the food to the room and, while serving, finds that there is only one chair in the room… I am then allowed to drag a very heavy balcony chair in from the balcony… — 2. But hey clean it was at least.

Just the place everyone who’s looking for a place to rewind, recharge, rebalance the mind body and soul. Massage was unforgettable. I’m definitely going to recommend this hotel/spa to the world.

I was surprised to my 30 birthday from my wife with a day room at this hotel. My wife met before clarifications with the sales department which have been fulfilled to the fullest satisfaction and performance.
Cordial reception, quick and professional check in, hotel Tour and escort in the room is expected in such a representative house.
The junior suite of the finest equipped. The pre-ordered cake awaited me in the room and tasted excellent.
Lunch we took him to the Grand Hotel Hof Ragaz which is right next to the throne and belongs to the resort.

Outside we could enjoy drinks at the pool. On request we were served the birthday cake directly by the pool. The pool boy was extremely friendly and competent.
In the evening we dinierten in the Bel Air, which served excellent service and food. To celebrate the day, the restaurant offered me another birthday cake, which we were allowed to take with us, as the food and very saturated.
At the end of the day, the hotel management surpassed the stay with a personally handed bottle of L. Perrier for the festive occasion of 30 years.
A stay like in textbooks, enchanted us the day & stay.

Luxurious. Visited when erstwhile German chancellor was visiting. Impeccable. Private Helipad. Must Go in Switzerland. Quaint little town. Fairy tale like.

Best hotel in this region It is famous for its termal swimming pool. Large and green hotel area and very good location also it has got a big golf area for the guest and also there is a casino in the hotel.
