Very nice modern design hotel. Within walking distance of the train station Train. Still quiet at the edge of the forest. Beautiful air-conditioned rooms with integrated bathrooms. Lobby is at the same time bar, breakfast room and restaurant. Friendly service.

Best food n service in zug by far.

Pretty good business hotel. Clean and contemporary decor, delicious breakfast, nice patio, the room was large and comfortable. The lounge has coffee, cappuccino and ovomaltine (yes please! ) available anytime, which is a nice touch. It's a straight and short walk from the Zug station and the Metalli shopping. They could be better and have staff at the reception on weekends, it's confusing for guests arriving late. Other than that, it's a great place.

Quiet location, not far from the beautiful lake Zug. Modern rooms. Parking has quite a few places, and is cheap (5Fr per day, which in Swiss standard means free actually)

Nice place close to train station.

Good hotel with nice clean rooms. However, restaurant space is limited and is not always open for dinner. Means you have to walk down to the sister Park Hotel, a further 500m. This may be unpleasant particularly when the weather is inclement.

Great facilities but cost on a higher side.

I really liked the interior design of this hotel, very beautiful compared to most other boring business hotels. My room was very big, a somewhat strange solution with the bathtub behind a glass wall next to the bed, but it did not bother me. I did not like that you can only open a very narrow window to get some fresh air. Excellent Wi-Fi. Breakfast buffet is not huge, but high quality and friendly service. This hotel is pricey and clearly aimed at business guests.

I would give it 5 stars if it were not for the hard mattress and the pillows practically non-existent.

A nice hotel with a large green treed area in the back. Rooms are nicely decorated; I did find the idea of a washbasin in the room strange. Nice breakfast — the fruit juices and fruits tasted so fresh. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Smiling staff.

This was my second stay at the City Garden Hotel. The staff are friendly and professional and the rooms are comfortable. Will stay there if I return to Zug.

Particular rooms. Missing the Turkish electricity outlets and is not convenient. The bathroom is directly in the room is the only con is that when you take a shower the water can go everywhere. Very good restaurant although very expensive.
