Hotel: I can‘t tell anything about the hotel. I was only at the restaurant. Restaurant: Good food and beer (Appenzeller) and wine. But way too expensive (minus one star). And I expected more variety (e. G. Fresh smoothies etc. ) at the outdoor bar for this kind of noble place (minus one star). Location: The view over lake Zurich is stunning.

This is a magnificent gem located in a gorgeous setting overlooking hills on one side and breathtaking water and city views on another. The staff are friendly and inviting. The small village located a pleasant walk away is highly recommended a visit.

Have finished tonight here. The cocktails were delicious. The service very friendly. The view of the sunset and the evening lake was breathtaking! I will definitely find my way back there.

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend at the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. The beds are very comfortable and the view is unique. We highly recommend the hotel and spa.

We had our honey moon at Panorama Resort just after our marriage. The spa is very nice, and the food is EXCELLENT. They pay a lot of attention on good and quality ingredients, everything was so fresh and tasty. We suppose they buy them in the near countryside. The room was clean, the stuff very friendly. All in all we are very satisfied.

Eifach to beautiful view. Nice spa, however, needs renovation.

The best spa in Zurich, I've been to several Spas in Switzerland, 5 star, and none of them are comparable to this one. So many steam baths, the best food for dinner and the brunch is delicious and so broad. I have not found any other brunch that is so big and delicious in Switzerland.

Great hotel with very large spa area, body and facial treatments possible, overnight stays with breakfast more likely to be classified in the upper price range. The food is very delicate and affordable from the prices. The staff in all areas is very friendly and accommodating. The only negative: for early risers rather not optimal. View is phenomenal during the day and evening.

Price performance did not match for us. The room had some quirks eg. Air filter in toilet obviously very dirty, plaster on corners Abgeplatz, loose cable. In front of the room certainly a very nice view who is not looking at the ground, Ziggi stubs of guests before. The service staff is very good though and the food too. For us, the highly acclaimed wellness area is only a good standard for that little other guests. All in all, the name is bigger than what is behind it unfortunately. There is better and cheaper eg in Züri the B2. We also said our criticism directly and unfortunately never received any feedback on it. Therefore, we will no longer be a guest there.

Satisfactory venue for business meetings and leisure. Furnishings somewhat dated and dining options limited to primarily local cuisine. Food nonetheless fresh and of high quality. Staff were friendly, if a little slow to resolve issues with rooming. Views from lake-side rooms are stunning.

It was a very nice weekend. The staff very friendly. The food very good. The spa was fine the food at the Wellnessbuffet top. A pity that the sauna area was also accessible with textiles and the visitors then went to the pool with their sweaty swimwear. Something "Grüslig". All in all a very nice and relaxing weekend and we will be happy to spend a weekend again.

Was there for brunch. We were warmly welcomed at the entrance and the jackets were taken away from us. Then it was called ' your table is at the very back, you see it, it's the biggest table. ' — so we were not accompanied to the table. Afterwards we had to wait around 5min for someone from the service staff to organize 2 child seats and to order coffee. Then off to the buffet — the butter was in a large glass bowl with ice and plenty of water (you had to fish the butter out of the water). Bread selection is good, there are fruits & juice (probably still freshly pressed). Meat, Müesli, yoghurt and egg dishes (incl. Omletten) round off the buffet. Brunch with Champagne & ' Lunch ' is, however, priced for me overpriced (80. —). The furnishings (especially in the back) have stopped a while ago — tasteless descent and dusty-looking curtains, yellowed lampshades and dirty/blotchy chairs just don't fit for the price. The restaurant and probably the hotel live probably of good name and location — not of service, too bad. I have seen many better hotels/restaurants in Switzerland where the value for money is right. I will not go back here — the resort will not care, it will (also thanks to CH-Nati) continue to live by the name and thus have no incentive to get better — by the way, also exciting, which is mostly commented only positive comments from the resort.

Price of hotel is expected for Switzerland but the service is mediocre. The spa is overrated. The quality of the massage was not worth the price. Not sure if they have a contract with Ernes taxi co. But the taxi is older than me and reeked of cigarette smoke. Costs about 180-200 to zurich hb from the hotel. Requested a taxi to Zug the second day and received the same taxi driver. She took the scenic route to Zug, costing an additional 50. Couldn’t communicate with her because her voice was raspy from over smoking. Hotel should really consider hiring a different taxi co to operate from their hotel.

One of the best 5 star hotels in Switzerland, very high quality and extremely friendly and cordial service on all levels. Very good facilities and a fantastic spa area.

Great view of the lake of Zürich. Functional rooms. Public toilets not always very clean. Reception staff not very smiling. I did not test the restaurant or the upscale rooms. Breakfast very good. Quite far from the airport. The road that leads to the hotel is very nice with the night lighting. Tip, take a lake view room!

Beautiful wellness facility and ambiance in the Zafferano restaurant unique. For customers who come more often, some variation in the menu would be welcome. For years the same menus is a pity. Still, always finely cooked.

Good service, rooms are nice and staff are pleasant and cheerful. The food was delicious, and the evening program was eventful.

I spent a week end in this place and have to say it is very nice and confy! Travelling by public transportation is very difficult but they offer a pick up!

Again and again a very nice and relaxing stay. Even though the spa is a bit old, still one of the most beautiful in the area.

Reals expensive, genuine. BUT: Super massage, super spa, super restaurant short everything at the highest level.

The spa is very well appointed and the staff are very friendly and helpful… the heated pool was great and the view from the spa is awesome… the lunch was also very nice. We thoroughly had a great time.

Very expensive, and quite high level of comfort. We had bad luck and stayed when a wedding was celebrated there. We could not sleep untill 3 am and stuff could not help us… Romantic package sometimes got forgotten by the staff, and we were sreved as normal customers, which is dissapoiting for such price…

My first time in a spa and definitely not my last. The staff were very friendly and all places I saw were very clean and tidy. I especially loved the Jacuzzi with view over the lake. That's only available in the oriental suites.

Great views and good selection of brunch. Only partially waiting until there are supplies again.

Stunning location and Hotel with a very welcoming and relaxed atmosphere.

Unfortunately I have to give my speaker fully right.
Freshly squeezed juices/smoothies were pleased to meet me and my heart beat faster. Egg dishes in great variety, as you advertised, I searched also in vain.
In particular, I was to an Easter Brunch, which — not really osterlich seemed apart from a few boiled eggs and Easter braids —. Overall, the atmosphere was very "sterile". The only thing was convinced the prospect, but if it is placed before a pillar, brings even the best view little. Also the operations worked with their alleged kindness little welcome, but rather overbearing.
Conclusion: Scarce two stars with much potential for improvement in food and service.

I've been to the brunch in the panorama. It really borders on fraud. What is sold as a brunch is a simple breakfast actually how to get it in every four star hotel for 20 francs. Egg, bacon, sausages, cheese, jam and co. Don't what kind a higher price would justify. Also no fresh orange juice or other goodies.
We have paid for 2 persons 160 francs! (about 130 euros).
80 Swiss francs per person for a normal breakfast in a room where the view is nice but the tables are no 50 cm away from each other is just plain theft.

So, I would like to tell this House in any way as bad, but my experience of the 20 08 2013 stopping me really, to recommend this House. No question, great location, modern and a fabulous place with great views.
However, one not so seriously it with guests. When I on the Friday night with a colleague to the food wanted to go, we had the incredible experience that there actually still places in the Switzerland where one class can be treated as man 2nd. It is an experience which is absolutely necessary, but there is a feeling in the darkest time of racial segregation put to be.
We really just wanted to eat, and asked us where and the hotel seemed a good choice for a sommerabendlichen cocktail panorama. As we entered the Farr we received directly at the door of a nice reception staff, who asked us whether we "had reserved". We denied and he says that it would be pretty full and he would call us the restaurant chef. Less than 3 min later a slick smooth Dapper gentleman on us came to, who once retired us from top to bottom, and in the way of British Butler asked politely, whether we were hotel guests, or have reserved. When we denied it, he, that it would be impossible to host us said. We had it somehow wrong and said the unangehnehme legacy him, that we would drink only what we in turn, were retired, as if we were one, on a car windscreen of dead insect and was also the stereotypical answer that no room was available.

Beautiful SPA with fitness and wellness, swimming pool inside and outside, gradioser look at the Zürisee. Good restoration.

Excellent place to stay over a weekend or more for relaxing and recharging your energy! Nice view over Zurich lake from the two restaurants, swimming pool, gym, your room and from nearly every part of the hotel I can tell! A fine swiss cuisine by a real cordon bleu, excellent choices of foods and wines! We just loved it! The highlight of this hotel is their wellness, very beautiful decorated, clean and spacious spa. My husband and I can stay there relaxing for the whole day :-) High recommended place.

Wonderful place with breathtaking views. The Spa is very relaxing and the free buffet in the spa is just brilliant. Free Ice/drinks are served several times a day. The sunday brunch is a class of its own. Combined with the view and the superb restaurant it is a amazing experience. The lunch in the oriental restaurant is easily in the top league of cuisine in Kanton Zurich. Try to reserve a table at the window and be there one hour before sunset. Prices are high though. Overall the Panorama Resort is probably one of the finest locations in Zurich. If you are OK with the price (which are very high) you will have a wonderful time.
