Great place to stop by for your long trips!

The hotel doesn't have air-conditioning (I stayed in the summer — 32°C). If you want could water, forget it, no frigobar at room. There is a small fan and the window open just a little. Unfortunately I pre paid. First and last time.

Good location, clean and neat and good breiðast.

Warning: no air-conditioning & windows cannot be fully opened… The hotel is very conveniently located if you are travelling on this Swiss motorway. Staff is very kind and willing to help, breakfast is basic but included in room rate, and dogs stay for free. In terms of comfort it's ok, we stayed twice but I have to say that I don't recommend it during the summer because there's no air-conditioning, the rooms get overheated and the fans don't help much. The windows can only be opened very slightly due to "safety regulations" so basically no way to get fresh air in the rooms.

If this place was your chance to book a room, you're better off not planning the trip at all. There are too many issues for this place. Biggest issue is distance. From the city, it costs $50 by taxi. Guess what! There are no other ways of transportation unless you have your own car. So be prepared to spend money. It's very minimal signs of life out here unless you count horses and cows. Only 1 restaurant. Otherwise you will be forced to drive into the city. Rooms are small which is normal for Europe but they are quite small here. Window does not open all the way for security reasons. A crack. So it can get stuffy. These are the major reasons. There other minor reasons which may dissuade you from booking like no: pool, gym, safe in room (but at the front desk), limited food serving only breakfast. So good luck. Please save yourself the trouble and find another hotel.

Excellent overnight stay. Room was clean and up dated with some 'Ikea' styled furnishings. The receptionist was very welcoming and spoke excellent English. Breakfast had a wide selection of foods from cooked eggs to toast, cereals and pastries. There is a restaurant and small supermarket next to the hotel. Car park big enough for us to park with a trailer. Some lovely scenery surrounding the hotel. Only down side — no air conditioning, but there was a fan to use in the room. Would highly recommend for an overnight stay. We will return if in the area again.

I stayed at this property summer 2018. It is great place and friendly staff, but the ONLY problem is that it DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITION. If you or anyone staying at the hotel have health related issue that needs AC, this is not the place. It might be great place from Late Sept to May, but not during summer. It does get HOT & HUMID. IF AC is not required then the property is decent, but they did not CLEARLY POST and IHG/Holiday Inn Express Brand is not consistent. More of issue with IHG Brand. Just hoe the day you visit the temp does not go above 80 Deg F.

Great place to stay for a night! Clean rooms, polite staff, decent breakfast! If you have dogs you can go for a nice walk into the fields, otherwise you can just go for a walk with some fresh air! Next to the hotel is a rest stop, so you can get some food. The only downfall is that rooms have no aircon, but in fairness is very fresh there all the time and jumper in the evening is a must!

Very poor attitude by the Kitchen staff. Very rude. Only the front desk are good and helpful. Situated in a remote place.

Highway motels on the A2 just after Lucerne towards Basel, clean and good breakfast. Reasonable price.

4 star because the nearest bus station from here is 25 mins walking distance around 2.5 kms. Otherwise would have given it 5 star.

Friendly helpful staff, clean tidy room and good breakfast. Next-door to Marche so had rosti for dinner.

Very bad service. Handled bad my booking and although I demostre that I ordered correctly the things, they were Not able to/wanted to solve the issue or give any alternative. I am a Platinum member at IHG and this is the first time that I have such a bad service in a hotel. I would not recommend it. The problems structure of a hotel, you can fix it with silver, But the service can be much more complicated.

The worst hotel that I stayed over Europe. I stayed overnight without sleep due to heater was not working. They could not repair or change room or any small device to make the room warm. Finally I am sick. : — (

Proximity to the highway, good ambience, good place to chill, friendly staff, good vibes from the restaurant, adequate buffet breakfast served. Happy Place to be in.

Attention for the children there is a bed 1 square and 1/2. If you have 2 children, kids will sleep "tight"

Nice area. Good for 1 night trip to Mt Titlis. Its 20mins from city center.

The hotel is in the middle of an expressway 15 minutes drive from the city with no bus, tram or railway stations around. The hotel being so secluded does not even have a kitchen, Your only hope for food is convenience store right next to the hotel.

Good. Although just passing through to Belgium from Naples, I can consider it a very good quality Hotel, and brand new and welcoming staff. Breakfast.

Clean room with modern furnishings. Little soundproofing of the rooms, the "Neighbors" Rietrati at midnight have made noise until 2 a. M.

Located on the freeway stop. Recently renovated and convenient Hotel.

Fab little place stayed here 3 times now as an overnight stay as we have driven to Italy from the UK. Very clean and family friendly keep up the good work.

Loved this place… best place to be if u have a pet! Just one draw back. If u are opting for breakfast then pets are not allowed… not even in the terrace area, which is sad! On the whole it was a good experience!

Comfortable but not given… hearty breakfast ideal as a stopover on the road to the holidays for those who want to stay away from the freeway… Restaurant Road next to very BOF and very expensive… no alcohol…

The hotel has a ravishing location. There is a wonderful restaurant cum departmental store nearby, which provides a picturesque view of the Alps.

We have visited this hotel for 3 days with my family 11 people. We we're very happy to stay. Hotel is totally renovated hence rooms are very good. Intirioer is also very good, breakfast is as usual good. We recommend this hotel to stay.

What a view. You have the children play area and park. COOP in campus. Very helpful staff and Manager. No alcohol served since it is on the Autobahn. View is awesome.

Nice hotel for a stop on the way to italy. I had no expectations at all but once there I was surprised. Clean and new rooms that they just all were refurbished. Parking is free, Wi-Fi too and good connection. Breakfast is ok and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I didnt had the time to explore the town. And the prices there are decent, better then most hotels is Switzerland as it is bloody expensive everywhere. I would recommend this to others also if u want to explore the city luzern.

Dear Indian Guests please don, t book this Hotel when you see the Cheap Price, This is not a easy way to reach there if you don, t have your own Transport, Allready People die in Accident at that place because of Crossing the Highway Road. I allready inform to indian express newspaper about that but they dont take it serious, so I repeat dont book this hotel please. Thanks.

As HI Platinum members, we were very disappointed in this hotel. Our room and was the smallest European room we've ever seen, as well as the teeny tiny bathroom. The beds were comfy, but there was no air conditioning or refrigerator in the room. Also, counter space in the room was virtually nonexistent. Bathroom amenities included 2 jugs of hand soap — that's all. The good things about this hotel: Breakfast was very good, friendly staff, and free parking. We will not stay here again.

Comfortable for a good night's sleep in the middle of a trip.

As we drive through here on the stay wanted, we woke up the next day with back pain. The breakfast was just cheese and cereal. Where we finished something else happened.
This hotel chain we had expected something like that for €140 for double room.

Above average clean hotel. Basic breakfast but as much as you can eat. Clean rooms, very good bathroom facilities.

Wireless Internet is free, but speed in General. Next to the supermarket from 6 a. M. To 11 p. M. And the East-West Swiss prices, not so cheap.
