Never stayed here but the restaurant is excellent, very friendly and helpful staff and delicious food everytime.

Absolutely recommendable. Friendly service, food superb, ambience great.

Located in the immediate vicinity of the lake, the historic building offers spacious and well-kept rooms. House valet parking makes it easier for travelers by car to arrive.

A very typical hotel and very well located. Very friendly staff and beautiful, spacious rooms, I even had two balconies for my room.

This hotel has two sections an old one and a newer one. I stayed in the old section. There is no elevator so if you travel with children and a strollers it is a lot of extra effort. Another thing about the old section is that the floors squeak badly. So if in the middle of the night the upstairs neighbor comes in late the floors will wake you up. On the other hand the hotel is in a good location close to the lake and attractions.

Great and informal atmosphere, nice and fast service. I was there for a coffee and sat outside. You could also go there quite well alone, because you don't feel so exposed in this environment. Best to try.

This was the third time we have have stayed at Rebstock. As always, friendly staff, great rooms, great location and even though rates are slightly pricy, we are always willing to pay extra for Rebstock. I did not mention the awesome breakfasts.

Great room. Lots of windows looking onto the plaza. Great front desk and breakfast staff. Beautiful hotel with a church to gaze upon right out the window.

Jeff was the best made us feel special. He recommended the best dinners for my family. I am a Texan but felt right at home in Lucerne. Thank you Jeff.

Cute hotel in a good location. Rooms are simple but have huge windows. The corner rooms especially have great views. Breakfast is nice, and outdoor area is great for sitting if the weather is warm.

Very good location, here there are very good Wiener Schnitzel.

Very centrally located in the city of Lucerne. Close to the lake. Bus stop outside the door. Court church next door. Hotel and restaurant. Fair prices for the location. Friendly staff. Quick operation. You can eat and drinks in front of the house or in the "garden. "

Hotel needs small improvments to be very good. Now it is just good.

It was possible to get lots of places though we were over 20 people. The conditions and food was seers fast and good. Due attention the waiter was sometimes but a little suboptimal.

Nice clean room, the price goes OK direct view of Hofkirche and lake. Breakfast good. Hallways from the top room very noisy when people walk around for hours.

The Cafe at the bottom of this hotel is excellent. The bartender is very friendly and the "mega sandwich" was excellent. My wife and I shared it — it was enough for two people. I also had an Americano which I enjoyed. We went back two days in a row. Very surprising to find this affordable cafe near some of the major tourist areas.

I did not sleep in this hotel but Enato.
The restaurant has a private garden and tables in a square closed to traffic.
The dishes are well cooked and very good.
Unfortunately the evening we had dinner the service was quite long; Due to the large number of guests the Cucian went out in a hurry but kindly to make up for it we were offered a round of beers.
The staff are very friendly and helpful to the explanations, the room is nicely decorated and very clean.
The prices are in the middle of the city.

Nice hotel very close to the old town with very individual rooms. The food in the restaurant is very good, but a reservation is recommended.

Extremely mediocre Service with a server unpleasant to possible and dishes that took more than an hour to be served.

Great personal attention, excellent food (the soups here are awesome), the "behavior" of the hotel charmed me because is far different from a regular hotel worldwide, the taste of the Rebstock is great, I recommended totally.

Hideous! Yes, hideous service! Everything started out great with out waiter except that he left for the day before he served our food. Then when we asked after waiting over 30 minutes for our mediocre food she promptly blamed the miscue on the waiter that left even though we sat with empty drink glasses for over 30 minutes. Terrible experience and food for this price. Find another place!

Excellent food and good selection of wines by the glass. Good place to grab a glass of Swiss Pinot or Chasselas, most of which is not exported.

We had a great stay at Hotel Rebstock and looking forward to our return. Very clean, the staff was attentive and friendly. Definitely a place we highly recommend!

The restaurant offers several ambiences: A brasserie on one side and a restaurant of the highest standing on the other. The card also plays on both registers. There are a lot of traditional dishes, with wine sauces. The lamb was delicious. Very attentive service.
One of the best addresses I have made in Switzerland.
