Amazing place to stay here if u wanna go Zürich plz it’s recommend to all stay there enjoy with them they r like family really amazing hotel aswell amazing people.

The hotel is so clean and beautiful. Front desk People are so Polite and helpful. I recommend this hotel for your good experience here in Switzerland. Beautiful city.

A great place to stay in Zurich, the concept of apartment with hotel services I found it fantastic! The rooms very comfortable, the common areas are very cozy. The food à la carte, the buffet breakfast and the suggestions are always spectacular. A site where take care of all the details to feel comfortable and have a pleasant stay. Excellent location! The staff is always very attentive and friendly! Rocco and Oli always with a smile.

Good room clean and comfortable including breakfast 08.00 am. To 14.00 pm.

Nice hotel, new, but… Ac does not do the job. We were there in June 2018; when we entered the room the temperature was 79F, (26C) and very humid. The lowest Temp. We had in the room was 24C. I was told by a Swiss that new buildings can not have AC (only a 'forced air system). All in all very uncomfortable. But the bigger issue was the the following: We stayed 17 days. After the first day we came back to the room, no room service. We told the reception employees and we got at least some new towels and coffee. As this kept happening we finally were told that since we have an extended stay, there is only one room service every 7 days! Wow! No where was that clearly mentioned on their website or on Hotel. Com where we booked this hotel. We should also have been told all that at check-in. Never happened. Staff was very helpful, but they did not know that this info was not on their website. So, if you stay longer then 5 days, you will not get any room service. If you run out of toilet paper you will have to call the front desk. If you want coffee, you need to buy your own. Do your own dishes, but there won't be any drying towels. If you want service it will cost you an extra $20/day. We hope that they have updated their web page and resolved their problems. On the positive: great location! Tram, Train and bus nearby.

Great place to stay. Breakfast very Good. Tasty… Bombardier and ABB company is at walking distance. Supermarket, railway station, tram station and bus stop very near. Suitable for all single and family and single lady also. Cooperative staff. High speed internet Wi-Fi. Kitchen, bathroom all amenities Good.

Good location, near transport hub. The airport is just 20 minutes. New and stylish interiors. A very comfortable place. With three children, the youngest 6 years old, where the road was was not any strain. A favorite food in the hotel, the younger, was yogurt with natural strawberry sauce. In this place are just amazing croissants.

Very nice finishes in this recently built hotel. All rooms are suites and have stove, microwave, and fridge. We only had two problems. First, the air conditioning does not work very well. Woke up in the middle of the night sweating. Seems that the A/C duct has a short circuit in the design. The duct should have a separator between the supply and return sides behind the grille. It doesn’t. There is barely any air actually flowing out into the room. Second, the shower design does not keep water in the shower. This picture is from running the shower for about 15 seconds. You can imagine how much water there is after a 10 minute shower. I still enjoyed the hotel, but definitely wouldn’t stay here in warm weather.

The staff was very nice staff and welcoming! They were able to accommodate my stay the same day. The suite was very spacious and clean. It was overall a very comfortable stay. Also check-oit wasn't until 1pm, which is very practical compared to usual hotels. Also the price was very reasonable for the suite. Finally the location is great, as it's a 5min walk from the train station and only a few stops away from the center of Zurich or the airport. I highly recommend ACASA Suites for people staying in Zurich.

What a beautiful and modern hotel with helpful, polite and friendly staff. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Really wanted to pick the bathroom up and install it in my own home! Thank you for lending us a European plug adapter when ours didn't work in the modern fittings. Thank you a million times. X.
