The rooms are ok. Very good breakfast but if arrive after 9.30 am you'll not find warm food such eggs sausages or meatballs. The best is that you can travel with your dog and is one step from bromma airport.
close to the hotel there is a very big commercial area.

I can only conditionally recommend it to full of bus groups. Long bread queue at the evening meal, the rooms are absolutely clean and the staff is super friendly an Overnight stay would be for just a little money addiction which is very good, is welcome.

Stayed overnight. While eating breakfast somebody pryed into room, broke the door hinge and stole our money. 2 rooms in the group were victimized.

Great hotel with really nice rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful and there is a large shopping centre right next door that is open till 8PM. Even though food chose for dinner is not the biggest, the restaurant it self and food is very nice. Hotel has very good Wi-Fi, nice gym and pool that you can use. Even though hotel is next door to Bromma airport, evenings are very nice and quite, as flight departures stops around 7 or 8PM.

My husband and I flew into Bromma (unexpectedly) and stopped by the Best Western as we were a little lost and had no idea how to find our way. We were greeted by the lovely Avike. Avike was extremely kind, providing information on transit and helpful tips despite the fact we did not end up staying at the hotel. The Best Western Sthlm Bromma is fortunate to have Avike in their employ as her customer service is exemplary. Based on this experience we will be booking Best Western on future trips.

Great to catch airplane early in the morning!

The hotel has good facilities but the single rooms are small. The one that touched me had no windows, only a superior (attic). The restaurant is fine, it is spacious and the atmosphere is quiet, and the food is good. For a stay near the airport it is advisable but catch a little far from Stockholm.

The Wi-Fi here is good! The facilities are great! The rooms are clean and neat! I was once locked out my room and the receptionist (Lisa, the beautiful one) immediately helped me. It is about that extra friendly service which makes people happy! Keep up the good job guys!

There was an issue with where my card was charged twice for the same night. Management fixed the issue within 24 hours. I don't expect mishaps to never occur. It's nice when issues are fixed quickly. Thanks, BW. I look forward to staying there again!

Nice rooms, good breakfast, good parking, nothing special but everything that you would expect.

Good room, sauna, good breakfast. Just not very comfortable to reach by public transport during late hours.

I found the room as it was left from the previous because they had forgotten to clean it. Of course I changed room but this was just unacceptable. Also waiting time to check in was about 6-7 min with 2 persons in front. Feel sorry for the roughly 8 people behind.

Arrived yesterday and staying for a week! staff are lovely and really helpful and knowledgable about traveling into Stockholm. The facilities are nice, restaurant well presented and gym is clean.
Breakfast is well prepared and lots to choose from I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone :)

Great customer service, clean room, knowledgeable front desk, one of the best breakfasts I've had and definitely the best out of any Best Western Plus.

A very nice hotel with a comfy feeling and friendly staff. We lived in the suit, and it was quite nice with a small living room, kitchen area and a bedroom that you could close the door to. TV both in the seating area and in the bedroom. In the bathroom there was both a shower and a tub with a shower, separate from each other. What reduces the grade somewhat is the fact that the water temperature in the shower/tub was hard to get right since the hot water took forever to get there. Also, the bathroom had no lock, which would have been nice. Even if you stay together in one room it can be nice to be able to have some privacy and not worrying about someone walking in on you in the bathroom. Last issue was the breakfast buffet. While all nice, tasty with lots of different foods to choose from the information about allergens was next to none. Spotted one sign that said "gluten free", but no information about what was in the home made smoothie etc. All in all, I definitely recommend this hotel, and I would gladly return for a second stay.

From the outside, Best Western in Bromma, Stockholm looks like a humble middle-sized hotel, but the facility is very price worthy and in several ways even great. I have stayed here several times and keep coming back because the rooms are always very well cleaned, the receptionists are always helpful, and the breakfast is a healthy feast. Large soft towel, comfortable bed and heated bathroom floor deserve mentioning. It has several other facilities like gym and sauna. It also observes eco-friendly policy.

Edited again: Staff is friendly and polite, breakfast is nice. There were some problems with internet connection, but after my review here, I was contacted by manager and issue was resolved the next day. So even if you have any problems with this hotel — you can just tell about them at the reception or by email — these guys know what they are doing. Would >totally.

Overall great hotel. Staff was friendly, the rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast buffet was up to standard. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing breakfast and the connection to the city is better than it appears at first.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. Everyone we've talked with has been so helpful. The breakfast they have is one of the best I've ever had, and by far the best I've ever had for free. The reason why this hotel gets 4 out of 5 stars is because of the distance to all the great sights. Everything is at least 40 minutes by bus. With how helpful the staff was I was very tempted to raise my rating to 5 stars but the location really is a pain in the butt.

Both of the women who worked the reception desk on 4/29 and 4/30 have been absolutely fantastic. I was able to get a transportation pass from them and they answered all ofy questions, no matter how strange or stupid. The room is small but that is to be expected when traveling in Europe. It is clean and well maintained. I pretty much had the best shower I've had since moving to Asia a few months ago. I would definitely stay here again. Only real downside is how far it is from the city center of Stockholm. It takes 30-45 minutes to get into the city. But it is relatively easy to find your way there so that's something.

Rooms are 'windy' due to the central ventilation system. And the windows can't be openend. Because the hotel is situated inbetween airport and 'highway', so can be quite noisy. Not recommended when you' re looking for more then one star.

Try the Herring dish SOS. V nice indeed.
