We have two young boys with rather tough dietary requirements and we have to be rather specific about things. Villa Källhagen is our special go to place every time we visit the hospital and its a place that we feel safe, cared for and closely looked after. We are passionate about food and this hotel gives us the perfect combination of luxury, peace and still seeing a beautiful part of Stockholm. Thank you to all the staff who took excellent care of us, we are not always the easiest to take care of and you made our every request feel welcomed! Will be back soon no doubt!

Food was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Right on the water. Would stay with them again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Surrounded by nature, yet just a 10 minute bus ride to the city. The bus stop is right at the front of the villa, which can also take you to Djurgården, and from there you can catch a ferry to Skeppsholmen and Gamla Stan. If you're feeling up for it, hiking/biking trails and bicycle rentals are nearby. After a long day of sightseeing, you can book the entire sauna and its lounge area all to yourself, uninterrupted. Bliss. The hotel is very clean and has a stunning …view. The breakfast exceeded our expectation; a large buffet of Swedish style breakfast, and freshly cooked food such as pancakes, fried eggs etc. Can be made for you on request. There was also an enormous juicer with a large bowl of various fruits and vegetables but we went straight for the electric orange juicer — it was an experience to behold. The bed was extremely comfortable and I enjoyed my long soak in the sizeable bathtub. Although the villa has a cafe and a restaurant, you can ask for a kettle and mugs to be available in your room (I drink a lot of tea). The minibar, which includes a generous selection of popular fizzy drinks, is complimentary and refilled daily. I can go on but this villa has everything you'd ever need for a short stay, including charging stations for Teslas (not that we made use of it). We absolutely recommend this place.

A beautiful, quiet hotel in the best location of Stockholm. Very nice and clean rooms with private terrace. Unfortunately, the bath already seemed a bit old and smelled quite musty during our entire stay! Hence a star deduction. The breakfast was great!

Fabulous escape at the outskirts Stockholm City. Only 24 rooms, private garden with access to the sea. Easy parking, and short distance to Djurgårdens many parks, museums and galleries. Wonderfull kitchen — no reason to go elsewhere for breakfast or dinner. Third stay, not the last.

Exellent place to stay. And most important the rooms have air condition.

Food was good but nothing special for the price. I wouldn’t come back.

This rating is in no way representative of the overall quality of service provided by the establishment. However, my extended family and I were denied service one night on the basis of "the till having been closed" at around 22:00 on a Friday night and therefore tea was unable to be served (? ). Considering all that it stands for, we were, needless to say, extremely surprised at the fact that tea could not be served at a hotel that is opened 24/7. Thus, if you are interested in dropping by for a cup of tea after dinner and sightseeing, you might be denied, or not. Either way, good luck!

Quite an average experience. Some of the waiting staff seemed a bit unprofessional and the food was good but nothing extra. Beautiful surroundings though.

Nice place for work related conferences. I don't know why they book all the parties to start at the same time, as there will be long queues for food. The bar staff was weird and suggested Fanta for my wine spritzer. The food is really good, the serving not quite according to tradition.

A bit pricy in the dining section. 210: — SEK for a charred burger totally lost my appetite when I tasted the burned yet cold burger with fries … Had asked for medium-done… However, the service was excellent. Friendly staff during my stay… A bit far from central city…

Beautiful spacious rooms, helpful staff and quiet atmosphere. The room included a nice traditional breakfast as well, we would be happy to return again.

I'm staying here for a couple of days for work … trying to have dinner, I've just been driven out of the restaurant by the irritating muzak, which is also in the lobby. (First thing I noticed when I checked in). Why oh why do (on the face of it) nice places like this trash their brandby use of cheap, brain dead, irritating musak? I left without desert. It's not loud (particularly) just infantile. Please, do yourselves a favour and get rid of the noise pollution, what is this, the 1970s?

Excellent place. The facilities are superb, service is excellent and the food is very good. Only one comment is the portions are small — that all said it is excellent and still worth 5 stars.

Good food in a nice restaurent at a great location. Especially lovely to sit outside in their orangerie facing the water, especially on a sunny day with the roof peeled. Standout bacon burger and nice prawn sandwhiches. Prices are high though.
