I cant understand the bad reviews here maybe they improved it from before. Overall it was a pleasant experience for my family and friends.

Service minded hotel staff and in particular Pia.

Decent sized rooms. Nicely decorated. Quiet. Good restaurants nearby.

After a long and exhausting day driving I would have loved to take a hot bath but the bathtube was filthy! At this price!
The three star Scandic hotel the day before in Örebro was cheaper, but clean.
Very disappointed indeed.
I took a shower wondering if I'll get a fongus.

The experience that I had here is for sure the worst experience that I had in a 4 stars hotel.
— I really wanted to oversleep and a man from the hotel came in my room at 09:00 (at 09:00) on Saturday morning! This is serious!
— In the room there are no papers telling to the guests the time of the breakfast/lunch/dinner/room service
— The electric socket and a spotlight in the bathroom don't work
— Really? Only one towel? So generous!
— Last but not least: "Relax room" at the 8th floor? There were 20 kids yelling and running everywhere there. If you have a conference that involve children you should write it on the website, because never ever in my life I would have booked a weekend in a hotel where I had known that I would have share the FROZEN swimming pool and the sauna (the kids were also running in and out from the sauna leaving the door open, always yelling and bothering) with 20 annoying kids. And by the way the sauna has no light inside!

Nice rooms, tasty breakfast, pool & even local produced beer. We strongly recomend Scandic Sollentuna.

Spacious rooms, has a nice collisium, breakfast is better than that of Scandic Täby. Next to a train station, and a shopping center.

Great family hotel. Kids loved it. Good breakfast also for gluten intolerant people.

Nice to stay. But For guests arriving late at night. There is nothing to eat.!

The Scandic Star provided a sumptious breakfast each morning. The exercise area was in pristine condition, and some of the desk clerks were quite friendly and helpful. On the other hand, some of the clerks were less enthusiastic about helping us, or the other people we knew who were registering there. Over all it was a pleasant experience.

Attended a conference. Nice conferenceroom and nice swedish fika. Both lactosefree and vegan choices.

Similar in design one-on-one with Moscow Iris … The bathroom in the room has both a bathroom and a separate shower room. And so Scandinavian minimalism.

Good hotel with very large and modern rooms with little storage space. Very good breakfast. Unfortunately not cleaned optimally (dust on the lamps and under the furniture). Great play room for the little ones. Central location next to a large shopping centre and the train station.

This location of this hotel is near the train station and a shopping mall. So the location is very good. The rooms are big and it including a separate sitting room, so it is huge. The Breakfast buffet is delicious with wide variety of beverages and selection of food.

Nice place to stay, staff was very helpful, not many selection on food but was still good, room has very limited essentials.

The staff members are nice and the location is good. There's a shopping mall seconds away from the hotel. Good transportation links as well.

One day conference without overnight stay. Good meeting room with fresh air ventilation even with room full of people. Several options for lunch buffet and tasty food. Parking just around the corner with fee vs 150 sek per day. In general nothing to complain about.

Great overall experience. Close to supermarket. Room had higher standard than expected, bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, many different options and good service. Sadly very close to the railway, not very noticeableble though.

It's absolutely NOT even near the citycentre! Rooms are somewhat small but okay. Bathroom is definitely not clean!
The view at my room is some giant concrete wall from a shoppingmall.
Front desk staff is friendly and check in went swift and good.
The bar/ restaurant is okay but lacking any sphere. The staff is really and utterly uninterested in the guests.
You practically have to bag for service and a drink. …
Making tables for the next day is way more important than the customers.
Cleaning spoons has clearly higher priority than serving the guests?!
The staff miraculously is able to walk through the restaurant, completely ignoring the customers and avoiding any eye-contact!
00:30 the ask you to take your drink and finish it in the lobby because they want to close and go home. That the frontdesk has some "secret" stash of drinks because the bar opened only at 6 o'clock PM Is mind-blowing ridiculous?!? Breakfast is nice and sufficient but the lack of personnel leads to an abundance of dirty tables and depleted food plates.
Left side of the breakfast room has the atmosphere of a crematorium.
Paying around €230! Euro per night is about triple the value of the hotel.
My company chose this hotel but I personally will never ever come to this place again!

Nice hotel, good rooms, nice architecture, good breakfast, close to parking lot and we've not had any trouble finding a spot for the two consecutive days we've been here.

Very good place to stay outside of Stockholm. The breakfast area can be crowded, especially when a large group of tourists in a car arrives. There is only a small underground parking, and the parking outside by the conference room is often full, particularly in the evening. The fare to stay overnight/24h is 150 SEK (about 14€), not exceptionally expensive but can seriously add if you stay for a week. The room was clean and spacious, but lacked a bit in terms of flat surfaces to put things on.

Decent hotel but thefts happening in breakfast area regularly. Don't bring your backpacks to break fast and unattended. My friend lost his bag this morning. No CCTV cameras in dining areas.

Superb hotel in the suburbs of Stockholm… staff available, smiling and rooms are extra and equipped with curtain preventing the polar summer to wake you up at 4am… just genial.

Friendly hotel close to shopping mall. Stayed here several times on business trips. I really liked the staff — very friendly. Great breakfast. The surrounding area is basically a shopping mall and a commuter train station. Convenient place though. I'm still amazed/puzzled by the design of the entrance hall. It was like down scale version of Las Vegas meets Scandinavian minimalism… confusing. But then again — I'm no interior decorator. My home is a living proof of that…

Business trip focused hotel. Not so "family friendly". Also communication problems between hotel and online booking services. Read the small print for parking and other expenses.

The gym could be improved. The rest is ok. It has all necessary for business-trip purposes.

The rooms are great and very comfortable. I especially like the bathroom which has both a bath and a shower plus heated floor. I also like that the rooms are separated into two parts, one for sleeping and one for hanging out. Both parts have it's own TV and there's a door for closing off the rooms.
