Good hotel. Breakfast was delicious. The furniture seemed a bit old and there was no minibar in the room. Otherwise the friendly is stuff.

Very helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Great food in hotel restaurant. Good to see that the rooms are being updated. The newly refurbished ones are excellent.

Difficult sleeping at night with no aircon. Bed not very comfortable. In disbelief at guests being charged for use of the pool. There were three occasions where housekeeping never changed bedlinen or cleaned the room. Hotel's free parking very limited. Paid parking plentiful but pricey. No room service (officially. ) Best things about the hotel…? Staff. Super helpful and friendly; Gym; small but has all the essentials. Breakfast. Plenty to choose from, good coffee; Location. 800m walk to the local shopping mall, food outlets, etc. Also, a short drive to my office in Gärtuna.

The Hotel is not like Hilton but tidy and cusy enough for longer stays. Breakfest have bread cereals, and Fruit. Some smoothies, eggs in several variants. For some sport, swimming and tabletennis is possible.

Mediocre at best. The IKEA furniture is old fashioned and not very comfortable. The soap/shampoo/etc are in Holiday Inn level dispensers giving it a very cheap feel. For over $250 per night they won’t even provide something simple as tissues. There is no AC to be found in the hotel, making it uncomfortably warm in summer. The food in the restaurant is very good, all three (3) options (one fish, one vegan, one beef), so if you stay more then 1 night, you need to find other restaurants. This was our first stay in a Scandic hotel, and it will definitely be our last. For comparison: Diamond at Hilton, Platinum at IHG, Gold at Marriott and Starwood, so I know my hotels.

Room for refurbishment with vermin, shower curtain, towel full of hair and ice-cold sauna for just under €200. The breakfast is OK.

Ground-floor hotel away from the city centre, which would have required a restoration. Cleanliness in some areas is worthy of improvement.

Whenever I vist Sodertalje I always stay at this Hotel. It's central, great value for money, excellent food and most important, the staff, especially the front desk, nothing is too much trouble and they make every stay enjoyable. Well done.

Rooms could be modernized.
Better cleaning is also possible, tables still have sticky traces of glasses that were put off by some Predecessor. The price is, in my opinion, too high for what you get Offered.

I have to give Scandic Skogshöjd "only" three stars, although — in my view — it could easily earn four. The staff are very nice and helpful, the lobby is pleasant and decorated in very relaxing hues of colour. The rooms, on the other hand, feel "dated". I cannot pin it on anything in particular, it is just the general feel. Stuffy would probably be a better term. Also, during the night (this was already the end of November, with snow in the streets outside), my family and I felt that the room was not warm enough. The real let-down, however, was the breakfast. The juices are undrinkable and the rest is bland to say the least. Even in this department, a little creativity and innovation could go a long way.

Clean, great service, good breakfast, some rooms are a bit dated.

The location of the hotel is within walking distance of points of interest in the area. Free parking can be a bit scarce, but there is paid parking available. Somehow during my stay there was always a free spot available. Lucky me I guess. The rooms are fairly comfortable and the hotel is quiet. The only downside would be no microwave or fridge. However, the restaurant is open late and the free breakfast is great. The staff are friendly and speak English perfectly.

Already a little Zimmmereinrichtung, but otherwise friendly staff and sumptuous breakfast.

Very expensive (200th night) for a small room (9m2)

The duvet was tiny and the pillow was terrible. Not recommended.

A nice hotel with professional staff. Situated in nice surroundings. Not ultra modern rooms but clean and in good order.

I have been now for several Times in Skogshoijd, personel still friendly, Hotel still good, bit administration bad. Alain problemen with payment and registration while checked IT and double checked before. Als now we need to pay for spa and other services wicht earlier for free. I come here now for years but think now to take the next time ä other hotel. Sorry!

Always nice and very clean, great staff and the breakfast is top notch.

You get what you pay for. This place is (usually) not expensive but needs a makeover. Big hotel that feels a bit 1970:s.

Dåligt! Det var inte värt de pengarna. Ett slitet rum som verkligen bör renoveras. Hissen funkade inte. Dåligt information. Hårtorkare I sovrummet, inte I badrummet. Bra: frukost (bra mat, mycket att välja på).

God mat, trevlig och proffsig personal.
