Stayed here for a week with advance booking. However, after 2 days, they asked me to change my room to a smaller, closet-less room, saying the hotel was fully booked. I don't understand, what difference did that make when I already had a booking for the entire week! Its not like people book with the exact room number in a hotel! Even the heat in the room was not working! Breakfast was alright. But it was nowhere close to any shopping malls or a bus-stop. Which is why, I had to always rely on a taxi for even short commutes, which proved to be expensive. Also, it was very pricey for its location and facilities. I stayed at a much much better Radisson Blu hotel the next week at the heart of the city for the same price!
