Stayed at First Hotel for a few weeks as part of a work contract. Very friendly and warm staff always greet you with a smile. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, well designed, clean, and great food. It would be nice if the shuttle from the airport ran more often.

Really nice hotel. Great large room. We weren’t there long, just sleeping waiting for a flight, but they had a nice sauna, gym, and free breakfast. Had no complaints. Would recommend.

Very impressive new hotel. Great design; spacious rooms and bright, functional bathrooms. Beds and bedding were excellent, room was very quiet and the breakfast was fantastic — in quality and choice. The only downside is the ridiculously-infrequent shuttle service, which — at every 40 minutes — is nigh-on useless unless you're there on time. Despite that, would absolutely stay here again if needing an overnight stop at Arlanda.

The customer service was excellent, the restaurant didn't offer much option for food but what they did offer was delicious. Rooms nice and clean and had an Ikea feel to it. Lol. Loved it.

Very good class hotel, very well located near the airport, soundproofed room, very comfortable, very good buffet, Wi-Fi medium.

We missed a flight and had to book last minute hotel. Very glad we picked this hotel. Easy free shuttle to and from airport. Very friendly, accommodating staff. We had early flight and needed to get first shuttle. We were in lobby 20 minutes before free breakfast buffet was open but the person on duty let us start eating and brought coffee while he continued to set up breakfast so we could have a complete, unhurried meal before we had to leave at 4:15am! The room was very nice, bathroom was great and everything about hotel was comfortable. Stay here and you won't be disappointed!

Regular shuttles to the airport (7 minutes drive), modern hotel, clean and cosy rooms, very good soundproofing, underfloor heating in the bathroom, friendly service, very well equipped hotel bar (great Craftbeer selection). Very good airport hotel.

Really nice Hotel. The staff vas very helpful and I did get free parking over night. Breakfast was pretty decent. The room (double bed) had a "normal" size, it was very (! ) clean and the bathroom was exellent. Can set your own temperature also. The sauna was nice to. Nice open resturant with a bar. Very pleased overall and nothing to complain about.

Excellent for the purpose! Modern clean rooms, good breakfast, free parking. I would stay here again instead of trying another place.

I had to make last minute plans and make alternative hotel accommodations. This hotel was just right. The beds were comfortable. The shuttle to the airport was always available (every 30 minutes). I loved the breakfast, lots of variety. The staff was excellent. Thry even charged my phone and were friendly and warm. Thanks to everyone at First Hotel Arlanda. Take care!

The stay at First Hotel Arlanda Airport for a day was superb. Rating it 5 for the following reasons :- a) Quick free shuttle service from airport to hotel and vise versa b) Warm hospitality & immediate assistance from reception staff for any concerns like mobile charging, food etc. c) Food is delicious be it evening snacks or dinner d) Rooms are very clean n picturesque view e) Last but not the least, I loved the wide array of breakfast menu that is not only healthy options but perfect selection of delicacies that are needed to match the cold climate here A must stay to experience the same. Look forward to visit it again… Wonderful experience overall.

Typical airport hotel. Be aware on the shuttle bus there is no hotel name, only logo. Booked the hotel for 6 hours night sleep between flights, so waiting for 45 minutes for shuttle bus in the middle of the night was not fun. Plus apparently there was an accident that night and entire hotel was without hot water. On the positive side staff was nice and friendly, breakfast fairly good and location is good for overnight stay between flights — just ~10 minutes from airport.

Very clean and new hotel. Great helpful staff. Excellent restaurant. Airport shuttle service was included. Hotel facilities are basic but all you need for an overnight stop over. We had a small problem with the room and reported it at checkout. Otherwise this was a good choice near the airport for an early flight out.

Really nice place to stay at night! Good service, best bed, really nice room. Just missed some late food after 10 in the evening.

Very nice hotel with welcoming staff. Communication abit challenging as there are no phones in the rooms… otherwise everything else is just superb.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. I will never stay here again or rebook with this hotel. If you book direct with the hotel you will pay significantly higher prices then booking with a travel site. Both are for the same night. Thanks Madeleine But your own website says best rate guaranteed. What about those terms and conditions? All I hear out of you is the terms and conditions. I was never trying to change the dates or cancel my room. All I was trying to do was get the better rate but you don't care to talk about if the price go down by 50% there nothing you can do. It all terms and conditions.

Excellent hotel. Very clean and tidy. Staff very helpful. Nothing to much trouble. Could do with tea and coffee facilities in room. Gave us water and lovely chocolates instead.

This hotel lacks a few basic necessities. For one, the rooms DON'T HAVE PHONES. You can't call downstairs for anything. If you're traveling internationally and are stranded without cell service or your battery is dead, desperately needing to make local phone calls to arrange transportation or even so much as a wake-up call — — you can't. You can't call the front desk for soap and towels. If you slip in the bath or your room catches fire you have to go downstairs and tell the concierge in person. If the toilet leaks in the middle of the night, get dressed and go downstairs. If your luggage hasn't arrived and your laptop was inside your suitcase, you can't Skype-call the concierge or anyone else. If you're there due to a cancellation as I was, expecting to get to my hotel and call my travel agent and airline customer service (using local and toll-free numbers) — imagine my surprise when I discovered that there was no instruction booklet and no guide to the hotel in English, only a piece of paper welcoming some Volvo business team written in Swedish. I got dressed at midnight and went downstairs for assistance, only to find a long queue of other customers, presumably also victims of the cancellation that had caused me to book at First Hotel. I relayed my concerns to the concierge, and his explanation was: Everyone has cell phones. So if you're traveling from Australia, use your Australian cell to call downstairs.

New and clean with a friendly staff. The shuttle to and from the airport is great. They picked us up quickly. You do have to call when you arrive at the airport though. If you're from another country, make sure you can call or try and find a payphone somewhere (I'm sure they're somewhere in the airport but we didn't have to go that route).

Great location to airport. If you plan on using their airport shuttle, be sure to reach out to them beforehand to organize pick up at airport. Comfortable, new and clean. Nice restaurant. Good complementary breakfast. Staff was nice and helpful.

We stayed there because our flight started very early the next morning. The room and bathroom were totally fine. There was breakfast and a free shuttle to the airport. Free Wi-Fi has worked well. Very good for this purpose! Otherwise, the area is more of a remote industrial area.

Very new hotel, the room size is big and clean, with plenty of electric sockets.

Extremely clean, but perhaps that is because it is so new. The bed was very comfortable and with a big TV. Totally quiet. The only hiccup was regarding the shuttle, which we called about in advance. Probably will get smoothed out soon.
