➜ Of all the hotels I have ever been to in all different countries and also in Sweden, this is the absolute worst I have visited. I booked on Booking. Com and there was nothing in the information that they do not accept Swedish money (Swedish currency) at this hotel, even on their own website there is no such information. I arrived at the hotel after a train ride from Stockholm and there a snoring receptionist says that the hotel does not take Swedish money (Swedish currency) so then I think that I pay with my foreign mastercard but their machine for payment by card does not even accept mastercard. And given this hostile view of our own SEK and their machine that does not accept mastercard, I have to look for another hotel in Borlänge. Before I leave this bad hotel, according to the GDPR law, I want the receptionist to delete all data about me from their system and the receptionist looks at me like he absolutely does not understand anything and neither did he. Despite the fact that it is he who is behind their computer with all my personal data, this hotel has not taught its employees who process personal data what the GDPR law is! all this makes the hotel feel weird and it felt like they were controlled by a dictator or the like as they would like to control their customers to only use cards so the customer should be tracked in every way possible!
