Villa Foresta

The hotel has parking located directly in front of the entrance, which is convenient for guests arriving by car. However, reviews note that parking options are quite limited. Both open-air and indoor parking spaces are also mentioned.

Opinions about the staff are divided. Many guests praise the employees for their warm welcome, assistance with booking errors, and general friendliness. At the same time, there are complaints about complete indifference to reports of dirty rooms, a cold reception from management in the bar, and incompetence when attempting to order food. The response to problems varies from prompt room changes to complete disregard for requests to fix lighting or heating.

The hotel offers a buffet breakfast, which many describe as excellent and high-quality, with a good selection of classic dishes, salmon, and pinsa. Guests praise the omelets, bacon, and oatmeal. However, there are also negative reviews: some complain that the food can be cold, the music in the hall is too intrusive, and the breakfast service time (until 9:00 AM) and check-out time (at 10:00 AM) are too early.

The hotel features the WS restaurant, Lilla Verandan, and a bar. WS Restaurant is renowned for its beautiful design and excellent views, but reviews regarding the food are contradictory: ranging from enthusiasm for creative dishes and cod to complaints about overdried veal, small portions, and tasteless fish. The bar is very popular due to its cozy atmosphere, live music, and quality cocktails, although the service there is often described as slow. Restaurant service is frequently criticized for long wait times for dishes (up to 1.5–4 hours) and ordering errors.

The rooms are generally described as spacious, cozy, and modern, with very comfortable beds and a beautiful view of the water. However, guests encounter serious technical problems: non-functioning heating (especially on the 9th floor), burnt-out light bulbs, a lack of hot water in the shower, or very weak water pressure. Some rooms lack refrigerators, kettles, or power outlets by the bed. There were also mentions of poor cleaning, including hair in the shower drain and unidentified stains on the floor.

The hotel has created a great atmosphere for leisure, especially in the game area. Guests have access to activities such as billiards, shuffleboard, darts, table tennis, and even free pinball. These spaces are rated very highly and are recommended for both families with children and business colleagues.

The hotel welcomes guests with dogs, and many note that pets can be taken with them almost everywhere. However, there was a recorded negative instance where a bar employee reacted rudely to the presence of a dog due to personal phobias, which caused significant dissatisfaction for the guest.

Upon arrival, some guests receive a welcome gift in the form of a gold coin, which can be exchanged for a glass of wine or sparkling wine at the hotel bar.
