Nice hotel in an old schoolbuilding. Nicely refurbished and renovated. Small rooms with a good gym and a friendly atmosphere. Outrageously expensive coffee.

Great hotel. Really nice staff. The staff is always very helpful no matter which problem. Beds are good, not to soft. All very new and modern. I had a really big room, too. The location is perfect. In the middle of umea and close to main bus stops and central station. The breakfast was also very good. Lots of good food to choose from.

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in, in Sweden. Spacious room, clean rooms and bathrooms, good weekend price, AMAZING breakfast.

Great location on the edge of town, good service, good sized room with towels and toiletries, fantastic breakfast selection including cooked breakfast, and close to bus connections.

Overall the hotel was excellent, the room was very spacious and very clean, hair dryer and iron were provided which was very handy. Everything seemed new, the buffet breakfast was great with a lot of choice. The location you are 5 minute walk from centre of Umea-. The only downside was the shower door didn't lock properly and the water leaked from the bottom all over bathroom floor. I would definitely stay here again.

The pros: "Are you sure this is the hotel? " — it's situated in a grand, old school next to a park and the town church downtown — so it gives of an amazing first impression. Rooms are spacious and stylish. Very handicap-friendly. Very welcoming, informative and efficient staff. The cons: No free parking. The breakfast area could've been arranged a bit less traffic hazardous.

Nice hotel by Northern Sweden standards. Really want to give it 3.5 stars.

Pros: good breakfast, newly built and nice interior, spacious sink, cozy sauna. Cons: room was a bit cold (april +1° outside), floor heating didnt work, average hotel gym, no kettle.

The room at the top of the hotel was nice and a bit small. Heating was not working properly, the doors to the shower tied, and Wi-Fi not impressive with speeds @3-5Mbps both down/up. The restaurant, though was great with fantastic and not overly charged dinner menus between 200-400SEK. We had Cod and it was the best in quite some time. And why is alcohol so expensive in Sweden?! Breakfast also decent, although not spitzen!

Had lunch at the hotel. Not so good, or more specific, the price/quality ratio was low. High price and not so good food. Poor selection and not so well cooked. Good service though and the personel was very service minded.

My experience was great, love this hotel!

The room was not equipped with toiletry. Phone was not working. In sauna steam bath was not switched on. We wanted to buy beer for sauna, but hotel bar was closed (8 p. M. ) and they had in front desk only one little bottle of non-alco beer! Room was cold and without air con. They have coffee machine in restaurant, but it was covered with a towel on breakfast time… You have a fridge with mini bar in room, but no beer or alcohol inside.
