This is a terrific place for a day-trip. We were staying in Gothenburg for a soccer tournament and ventured out to the islands. We took out 6-kayaks. We paddled down to a beach on Kungso. There is also a cafe a few hundred yards from the kayak rental with excellent smoked salmon. We highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel on the harbor on the island. Easy ferry ride from Gothenburg. We rented kayaks while there which were great. Very nice hosts and a the rooms were great. Would love to come back and stay longer!

Excellent location right on the quay. Compact two floor apartment with everything needed for a peaceful break.

Great host, relaxed and friendly place in a brilliant location. Good, comprehensive information provided in the accommodation. Small space but cleverly designed, clean and well equipped. Kids thought it was brilliant — it felt like a big adventure. Lots to do, especially as we benefitted from amazing weather. Be mindful if you have small children that there is no barrier between the sitting out areas and the edge of the dock — you need to supervise them at all times.

This is one of the most beautiful island in the archipelago, food was amazing and service is great. If you want to have a relaxed and calmed time, this is the place to visit!

We rented a room in April, I wasn't expecting to be a in such lovely place! It is a very relaxing and romantic spot, we walked around the island on the seaside and the woods, it was breathtaking! The room was clean and refined. We also rented the traditional floating sauna heated by firewood, it was a wonderful experience, we jumped into the sea at only 6°C, I'll keep it in my mind for a long time :)

Had a good experience overall. Kind and helpful staff who have great advice for what you want to do. A sauna boat — really brilliant. Nice, clean little cabins with all the basic amenities.

Geat spot right on the harbor with a grocery store right down the road. Rooms were modern and clean featuring a great use of space. Service was friendly and personal.

Nice place just next to the shoreline. Cozy new building aparments. Could have more equipment in the kitchen and an oven.

I was travelling through Sweden, when I decided I wanted to check out the Islands near Gothenburg. I rented a Kayak for a day to paddle around Vrangö, and I must say that this day was my favourite day and the highlight of my Scandinavian trip! Jörgen was very flexible and showed me everything and gave me an introduction what to do, what to look out for. He further gave me a map of the islands and his recommendations where to paddle within my time frame. As I was alone, I even got his private kayak, which I was super happy with and did not expect at all.
I had an amazing time out there, and I will definitely come back one day to take a kayak again and paddle around those stunning islands. Thumbs up!

Really nice place if you want to spend a few nights in the west coast archipelago. Very nice and helpful staff!

Good place for weekend trip.

We stayed in one of the small rooms. While not very big (the small room), it is perfectly arranged and very cozy. We were a couple with a baby and we had no space problems. Also a crib was provided upon request prior to the arrival. As you can see from the picture, the view is also great. The host welcomed us at the place of the ferry and carried our luggage with his 1-wheeler. I strongly recommend to book the sauna & hot tub. It is an awesome experience to have a hot tub just next to the coast, then have a swim in the sea and hope in to the sauna. If you pay for the breakfast, you get a nice basket of food, but it is not cooked for you. Nonetheless, all the necessary cooking ware (and kitchen) is available in the room.

Did not stay there but got a look inside the building and looks wonderful and sweet. Dear definitely going to go and check it out again when I am not doing a day trip.
