Remarkably great survices offered.
Location is very near to the bus station and the railway station. And fishing spots and gardens are nearby. Room: I stayed in single bed room and it was clean and clear. Staff was supportive and always ready to help. Food: Being a vegetarian can not comment much. Had breakfast for two days and it was good. Many options were available. There's a bar inside the hotel where people enjoyed. No air-conditioning.

We slept here many times before, as a Choice Hotel. This was a «Choice Hotel» before, but not anymore. First Hotel Royal is not very Royal. The staff are rude. The rooms are dirty and full of dust everywhere. The breakfast is free, but it isn’t worth more. The toilet is mounted on the wall, fit for people above 2m high. We reserved and paid the room for 3 nights. We left after 2 nights, because we didn’t find a new Hotel before the third night. I promise, this was the last time. There are hotels in Karlstad and Åmål.
