Best hotell ever, give Amanda extra money.

Trevlig personal, god lunch, fantastisk kakbuffe.

The hotel is centrally located. It is very modern and comfortably furnished. Everything fit together well and gave you a very homely feeling. The complete hotel and especially the rooms were very clean.

We were in the restaurant, the food is lovely, tasty and fresh, the service is normal but with English not very. Pay only by card.

Fairly basic amenities for a Scandic, super hot in the summer with no air-con and we had to ask for a table fan. Breakfast was a bit under standard too. Parking extra as well. Friendly and helpful staff though.

Good location. The hotel is cozy but a bit confusing with the rooms. We were unlucky and on the first day there was no warm water to shower. The breakfast buffet is really good and complete. Hope we can have a better experience at Scandic next time.

Cold rooms, but great breakfast.

Spent the night while working in Trollhättan. The first room I got had a door that didn't close. It had markings that looked an awful lot like it had been broken intro and when I told the staff they didn't seem surprised and gave me a new room without looking into the issue. The room was ok, no issues with it after I had gotten a new one. The breakfast was what you could expect from a hotell breakfast, nothing out of the ordinary.

Perfect room and super perfect breakfast.

This hotel was pretty good. The buffet breakfast was nice. The family room was a little small for two adults plus two kids, but acceptable for a night. The front staff at the time was polite, efficient and helpful.

Busy but service keeps on higher standards. Good attentions from the staff, clean hotel and good location (not far from many of good restaurants ~5min walk)

Rooms are clean and minimal, they are restructuring slowly room after room (2017) so ask for the renovated ones (e. G. 301 to 305 if I am not wrong). Breakfast is fresh and you have gppd options, do not miss the fresh fruit area and the small bread (fralla). Reception is open all night which helps if you have late check in.

Exceptional hotel in the very centre of Trollhättan which I will remember in the coming years. The room was very large for a double room, comfortable and modern as well. But what struck me the most was the enormous breakfast buffet, with everything from oatmeal porridge to picked herring. There was also entertainment for children, fast Wi-Fi and a (paid) parking – and Trollhättan is a cosy town offering a food Scandinavian experience in any case!

Decent hotel at nice location next to the canal. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Noisy ventilation and no aircondition, only heating. Room can become very hot even on cloudy summer day. Parking costs 130 SEK per day.

Nice hotel right in the heart of the city. Caring personnel. Good breakfast options. Children welcome as usual in Scandic.
