Nice location. But our apartment had broken furniture, was not perfectly clean (breadcrumbs from previous guest, and gum on floor in bathroom), and there was a smell of sewage. Staff was friendly, and managed to repair the furniture, but not the smell.
The worst place you can think of. Filthy and dirty, we were four people but the apartment had only two beds and one sofa, not even a sofa bed and a mattress on the floor. Luckily we only had to stay for a night. A hostel would be a better option than this place. Never again!
