I've stayed here with a group for a week for two summers now. Great hotel. The reason why I only give it 4 stars was that this year thre was an event at the hotel one night that went on until about 4am. All rooms that faced the courtyard (most of them) were kept up by the noise. All-in-all though, great hotel. Good breakfast. Staff was very nice. Somewhat centrally located in Manzini with a new Spur, Superspar, and Ocean Basket across the street!

The breakfast staff was my favorite part of this hotel, they were amazing. We were staying with a large group for a mission trip. My roommate did laundry and we got a call for payment after 2300 after we were already asleep. Also, music from lounge next door was very loud and patrons at the hotel bar were up until 0500, keeping us awake. Stayed here due to location for trip, but definitely could fix a few things. We appreciate the take away breakfasts and the usages of the conference rooms.

Comfortable enough hotel but breakfast buffet is really average. We were unfortunately put in a room near the block that being extended to the hotel so our power kept on tripping.

The hotel itself is lovely and is set in a perfect location however, I believe it needs some TLC. There has been no hot water in our lovely room for the entire duration of four days three nights that we've spent there while the weather was really cold. There has been water on the corridor outside our room which I assume was due to construction/renovations that was taking place during our stay (25th _28th May 2018) of which I believe they should have paid more attention to it so that we won't notice. I know it has been a very busy weekend for the hotel staff however, putting caution signs for wet floors shouldn't be a problem. I was really appalled by the behavior of the staff when I almost fell due to wet floors infront of them but to only hear them complaining about guests who walk in from the swimming pool wet. None of them even bothered to say sorry, and yes there was no caution sign. Generally the hotel is beautiful and clean. Providing only three sachets of suger, coffee and milk in a room occupied by two people also didn't make sense to me, like really some people take up to five sachets of sugar in one cup of coffee or tea so how are we expected to share three sachets of sugar between the two of us? The 'free Wi-Fi' only worked for few minutes and stopped for the duration of my stay. I also think the lifts could make a huge difference in the hotel, it was really difficult to move two floors up with a large suitcase using the staircase.

The staff is very friendly. Rooms and all around kept clean. My only complaint I think needs improvement is breakfast menu, need to do different menu for each day. Can't stay there 3 days having very sane breakfast. Though it was good but a change too would be good. Loved ur peri peri chicken/wings/ribs and braai meat.

All good, but rooms in passage a bit noisy. Night receptionist quite "aggressive" when I was called at 21:30 demanding why I was still in my room for a 2nd night. I was always in for 2 nights but our booking agent erred and booked 1 night. I would have thought that I could have been contacted during the day to be asked why my luggage was still there… etc. Food good and choices of venues also good.

The food is amazing. Every time I am home this is my local spot. Drinks are great as well. Only gave 4 stars because sometimes the front desk staffs are not friendly and the Wi-Fi is spotty.

Has always been a wonderful place. Home away from home. A representation of the calmness and warmth of Swaziland.

George hotel … terrible service … am not happy … I visited that hotel sometime last yr I was happy now, I went there with my family, I was embarrassed because they thought I was lying about my earlier experience.

Best place for me in Swaziland. I always stay here cause the prices are great, the staff and service is superb, the Food is always delicious. Facilities are great and even better now that they have a lounge in the premises so no need to go out, all that I need is here.

Very nice! Friendly staff. Great service. Clean and spacious rooms. Bongi at the front desk made me feel like family. Place would be perfect were it not for the European tourists blowing cigarette smoke in everyone's face everywhere and contaminating the beautiful ambience with their cancer.
