We loved everything about Coconut Bay! The staff, food, entertainment, everything was so wonderful! Hose. Dillon, & Sepharine were our favorite staff! We visited for our Honeymoon & can't wait to bring our children back!

Absolutely Loved our stay here for the week of Nov 24/22. I would definitely recommend if travelling to St Lucia. The service, Entertainment, food (especially the food) were all Fabulous. Also love the close proximity to the airport! Thank you so much to everyone that helped make our stay special. Shoutouts to: Kayla, Nick, Zora, Sage, Ritchie and Lorree!

Best entertainment staff, bartenders, room attendants and food service staff! They made my stay! Loved Paradise Beach, the pools and jacuzzi and all the food was amazing. Spa was so relaxing.

I had such a wonderful experience. The staff is absolutely amazing; friendly as well. The hospitality by the staff members here is truly remarkable and unmatched. You feel welcomed the moment you arrive and throughout your entire stay. The rooms are cleaned daily and every staff member caters to your requests. The food on the resort is very tasty and always fresh. The resort grounds are maintained extremely well and the island views are remarkable. Would highly recommend spending your stay on St. Lucia here.

We just left yesterday. Our stay was 10 days enjoyed every min. We did two hikes with the staff one up a mountain. Another to the market in town. Guides were very helpful and well versed with the history and culture of the island. Can't remember her name but there was a lady that played the trumpet at night. She was phenomenal. The next day they had an entertainer name Monte Maxwell. Absolutely amazing. He gave us great insight into the history of the country and it's musical origins. The staff was very helpful. We did a day trip to the rainforest for Zip lining. Cost was very reasonable. The Pool was amazing my wife and son enjoyed the water park & lazy river. If you are at the Pool or bar inside ask for Tyron or Marz. They are amazing. Great experience all around for us. Looking forward to coming back.

I would like to start off with the Staff: THEY ARE AMAZING! VERY polite and courteous to us the entire time! The views are WOW! BEAUTIFUL! Entertainment was AWESOME, all different genres of music and all were awesome! The food and drinks were DELICIOUS! I WOULD ABSOLUTELY 100% reccomend this resort to anyone at least once in their life! Thank u ALL very much for making my vacation a WONDERFUL experience!

We came here for our honeymoon in February 2022. We had an amazing time! There was delicious food, numerous different restaurants to try, plenty of different excursions to get out and explore the island, different entertainment every night, entertaining and wonderful staff,, plenty of lounging whether by the beach or by the pool. We can't recommend this place enough! Our only complaint is the rooms may be due for an update, but how much time do you spend in your room anyway?

The service is excellent, can not fault the staff.

We enjoyed a fabulous week Dec 12-19, 2021 with our 4yr old son. Such a fun family resort! Beautiful resort and great service! My son loved the pools and lazy river and he loved going to the kids club! The food in all restaurants was great! It was hot outside, but always comfortable with that nice Atlantic breeze! Defiantly do the catamaran to the pitons! It's also amazing that it is only a few minutes from the airport! Another bonus… free PCR covid test for Canadians! Thank you for a wonderful week!

Amazing resort! The staff are thoughtful and friendly, the food was excellent, especially the jerk house and the drinks were delicious! This is an ideal resort for families aid all generations!

Just spent 6 days there with my family. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Had a great time by the pool, on the lazy river and water slides. Really enjoyed the all inclusive aspect — especially the all you can drink (top shelf liquor! ) 😁 Went on the full day land and sea tour and horseback riding. Excellent value for the money.

Def recommend this fantastic place from service to hospitality. We stayed 8 days and 7 nights. We all had a fantastic time at this amazing resort. My older boys 20 and 18 enjoyed the night entertainment w wonderful staff such as Zora, Gelly, Mohammed, Charles etc.
My lil ones 7 and 10 enjoyed the pools, beach, water park and petting zoo. My husband and I loved the gourmet foods and drinks esp at Calabash, Jerk Treehouse and our fav drinks Rum punch, Coconut Cloud and Bob Marleys. Everyone was so nice and friendly.
We plan to return back again in the near future.

Absolutely amazing staff make you feel comfortable and welcome as soon as you arrive on property, and continue to make your experience here amazing until you have to leave! Beautiful property, super clean rooms, and great food. Fantastic place to spend your vacation! Shout out to Julia at the reception desk, Saibayana in the restaurants, and Dillan at the Tiki Bar — they are the heart and soul of this resort!

Amazing time! Much needed time away! Wife and kids and myself had an amazing time! Food great! Pizza and fish tacos and the food from the jerk tree was the best! Got sent out of restaurant for having shorts but they did let another guy enter with a baseball hat and shorts and he got to stay. Other than that it was great.

Visited the resort for a wedding and our group was very satisfied with the facility, service and the measures taken to keep clean. The wedding area was gorgeous, private and served excellent food. The staff was helpful, kind and always smiling. Hoping to make it back someday!

Best holiday ever. All the staff are fantastic. Hotel is superb.

I loved my time here. The staff was very friendly, the food was amazing (they even clearly labeled gluten free and other allergies), and just the time overall was perfect. They have activities and areas for kids as well as adults. Felt very safe there and they gave the best drinks (patron, titos etc. ). There were so many negative reviews because of the seaweed (turtle grass). I did not mind it at all. The beaches were still nice and the water was warm. I went August 2018 and at the end of the stay they were closing for renovations so not sure what the place will look like in 2019 but it was already very nice.

Just came back from this hotel property and I have to say a whole lot about this hotel first of all if you are basing this hotel and looking for a beach this property have zero Beach… what they advertise on the website and when you actually get to the hotel you will find that they have zero Beach and 90% seaweed on the sand and in the water… all day long you have tractors and trucks removing seaweed up and down the sand you will see in my pictures the proof of it… now seaweed is becoming a problem in the Caribbean but I have never seen it like this at any other hotel I have been through… I Stay in a hotel twice a week throughout the world so I am fully aware what to expect in certain hotels but this was a major disappointment especially bringing the family here.

Room was very nice. Bathroom was not very clean. Hygiene standards could of been better. The lazy river was great, snacks were great by the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and lunch was nice in main buffet hall, there was good variety of food. Nice drinks menu at main reception bar. Other restaurants were average, I would not recommend. There is a variety of excursions available from hotel. Overall decent value for money. I would highly recommend this resort.

Spacious family friendly resort thats minutes away from the airport. The food choices are plentiful and the poolside bars provide the perfect refreshments for poolside relaxation. We enjoyed the nightly concerts that involved dancing to several different island's music. The service was often slow at the restaurants, but you're on vacation… no rush. This resort is worth the trip.

We went for a week 7/9-7/16 for our honeymoon. The property, staff, & food were great. That part of the island is dealing with a seaweed epidemic & although they are clearing it constantly it makes for murky water. They do run free shuttles to the nearest beach with clear blue water, it's about a 10-15 minute ride. It is kind of a bummer to have machinery going up & down the beach all day but it has to be done. They still get 5 stars, can't blame anyone for nature. We'd definitely return, it's a beautiful island.

This hotel is overrated. It is all-inclusive, and has seven restaurants and the food is mediocre at best. The restaurants are run poorly. The beach was full of seaweed and unusable. The beach that they show on the website looks nothing like the actual beach. The rooms are in need of repair (toilet paper holder was broken, the blow dryer attached to the wall was falling off). The TV is horrible, not HD and hard to use. The jacuzzi at the adult side was not working properly. No ATM nearby, they told us to go back to the airport by taxi for one. Incredibly, the stairs were dangerous and people fall frequently (including me). They are aware of this hazardous condition and fail to correct it. It would be wise to choose another hotel at St. Lucia.

Lovely staff. Great atmosphere. Nice clean room. Beach was covered in seaweed but to no fault of theirs, they were trying to clean it up. For sure would return.

This is a wonderful place for a family getaway. I couldn't believe how good the food was considering that this is an all inclusive. Nice people all around, we had a great time.

We had a great time. Pools, lazy river, and slides were great. Food was excellent at the main dining room. I would give it 5 stars, but we could make reservations for only one meal at the a late carte restaurants the entire week. We packed nice clothes and were excited about the different dining options, but they did not let us make reservations in advance. Clearly a big disappointment in how they handle meals reservations.

We stayed for a week and cant say enough about how clean the entire resort was and how friendly the staff was. The food was pretty bland and upon arrival on a Wednesday at 230pm we were told that no restaurants had an availability until Friday. Two reataraunts shared the same exact menu as well. The main problem with the trip was the beach. There was zero beach access too swim due to the incredible amount of seaweed. This is no fault of the resort because they were taking dump truck loads off the beach but mother nature stacked 3ft of seaweed on the entire one mile beach. This was the biggest frustration for us because we were in the carribean without being able to get in the ocean at the resort. All of the. Pictures on the page and website show perfect water and beaches when in reality it is the opposite to due its location on the island. Apparently it's been this bad for years so it's nothing new.

We just returned today after our two week belated Honeymoon with our three year old and 9 month old. We had the bet time, following the 9hr flight it was welcome relief to be only 5 minutes drive from the airport. Welcomed with a bright blue coconut rum punch to wake us up. The facilities were great, the rooms were a little basic and in need of some upgrading and repair but apart from that it was a great holiday. The range of food available throughout the day was top class and we were never hungry! Shoutout to my girl in the Jerk treehouse throwing it down everyday, Emme in Coconut Walk for filling me up with her bomb French toast and Mary D with the best omelettes! My toddler thoroughly enjoyed the kids club and would rather go there than back to nursery, she made so many friends while we were away and enjoyed dancing the night away with the entertainment staff and whoever was willing during the evenings. The water park was great and the endless amounts of loungers and poolside drinks service was great. The staff were always so attentive and willing to help whenever they could. Also enjoyed my luxury pedicure by Kier in the spa so thank you for some great memories will definitely recommend friends to your resort. Shame we were able to book more of the restaurant and would have been handy to know that you can go to all of them with children between certain times.

To coin the phrase, you get what you pay for goes with this visit to CBB. Big selling point it is only 3 minutes transfer from the airport and with there being only a handful of flights a day this makes it a good option for a quick stay as it's not ruined by the noise of air traffic. The restaurants are pleasant with a wide range of dishes to suit. The A la carte restaurants do get booked up well in advance so book early. It appears that guests do tend to book tables they're not even sure they're going to use as twice I tried to book a restaurant table and was surprised to be told, 'we're full for tonight. On both occasions I was then found a table, to then walk in and find the restaurant nearly empty.!? (this remained the case for a good hour while I was eating) Silk is particular good!

This resort is very nice. The staff are super friendly. A couple of the bars serve top shelf liquor and it is included in the all-inclusive package. It has a huge beach that's owned by Coconut Bay Beach Resort, one of the biggest of any resort on the island, but it isn't directly in front of the resort. Many guests didn't even know the huge beach was there for guest use because it's not directly in front of the resort. You have to walk along the narrow beach in front of the resort to the left for about 1 minute to get to it. They do have a bar, and umbrellas with chairs set up there. The rooms are nice, a bit narrow, but comfortable. This resort is on the windward side of the island, so it is pretty windy. To me that's a plus, because it's hot and humid in St Lucia and having a constant sea breeze kept me from being too warm. I think I would have overheated if we stayed on the western side of the island. We highly recommend Coconut Bay Beach Resort. It was worth every penny.

We had a wonderful stay at Coconut Bay. They do such a great job accommodating people in all stages of life. From newlyweds, to young families, to seasoned couples, to single parents with teens like me. We paid extra for the concierge service, so we were treated like royalty all week. They took care of all our reservations and surprised us each day with a treat in our room. They even cleaned and restocked our room twice daily, something I’ve never experienced anywhere else. The resort was well maintained and not crowded at all. There were always lounge chairs available and many different locations to spend your day with a different view. They had more palm trees and hammocks than I could imagine. The property was fun to explore and we really enjoyed walking it each morning. At 40+acres there was something new to see around each bend. The food was unbelievable. There were plenty of choices, both casual and dressy. We were never disappointed. Seaside was our favorite evening meal menu and throughly enjoyed the main buffet for breakfast and flip-flops for lunch. Evenings after dinner we enjoyed listening to live music in the lobby and the entertainment provided by the staff. We loved the special western themed dinnner and show, but our favorite was the conga line at the end of the evening with the stars review. Such fun. We took the resort endorsed land and sea excursion and loved it.

Wonderful place to relax and unwind. The Calabash restaurant was our favorite (definitely a must go). The day time activities were lacking but they made up for it during the evening. All in all I would surely go revisit for another vacation getaway.

We spent 5 nights at the resort. It's on a private beach in an otherwise nature preserve so no other hotels and crowds. Grounds are huge with multiple pools, a lazy river, and 2 fun water slides. All inclusive with food and drink — lots of tasty options. Every night there was a different and unique performer to check out after dinner. Had a wonderful stay there.
