Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa Resort

I want to give an honest review of our time at Bay Gardens Beach Resort. We loved everything about this beautiful resort. From the first person we met to our last interaction checking out of our room, we loved every minute and we were so sad to leave. Bay Gardens Beach Resort has everything you want nestled up against the canal entrance to Rodney Bay Marina. From the always smiling Timothy who answered all my questions to Orlando who helped us out a few times with stuff. We also loved Louise who runs the dining area. The food is delicious especially the beach buffet of local foods. Louise was very accommodating and understanding about a few things that came up with a bill we had. She is just one of the special ladies here. I have to mention Jacki our concierge. Another day another pair of shoes. Hahaha. And of course Mary who kept our room spotless. The grounds and landscaping are impeccably kept and very beautiful. The pool area with its center island hot tub is stunningly lite at night. There is always something going on to entertain the guests. From the fire people show to karaoke. Thier beach is made of soft white sand that gently rolls into the Caribbean ocean. On thier property is Splash Island water park that kids of all ages will have fun on. It comes free with your stay. Also free is all non motorized water activities such as Kayaks, standup paddle boards, two person peddle boats and use of the Catamarans.

It’s great here at the beach resort great food and drinks. The entertainment could do with some work.

My hubby n I opted to spend our 1st anniversary at marina haven and we absolutely loved it… the service is remarkable and the staff are welcoming… we will most definitely be back… thank you francois and team for your service 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Absolutely beautiful. We love it here. The beachfront rooms are truly amazing. Beds comfortable and decor very nice. The staff is super nice and friendly.

Staff was very friendly and ensured my stay for my birthday was extra special. We will definitely be visiting again. We had the all inclusive package and made use of the beach resort as well. Water park was amazing.

My stay at bay gardens hotel was great room was clean every day bathroom was clean I was impressed with the way this hotel was so clean. My only take away need more entertainment but this hotel is great staff omg so friendly not to mention management great job bay gardens see you again from New York.

It was my first time in St. Lucia and I absolutely love it. The Bay Garden staff was truly amazing I enjoyed my stay and will absolutely recommend.

Lovely spacious clean room (we had a garden view, but could see the sea). Excellent food and attentive friendly staff. The best feature was being walking distance from the beach so we could go from pool to beach in just a few steps.
Would recommend this hotel.

My wife Tammy and I were there for our honeymoon. The stay was everything we expected and more. The staff saw to it that we were not in need of anything and took care of us as if we were the only people there. ESPECIALLY the wait staff and barkeeps! Our ocean front suite was well kept and serviced daily and we always had clean towels. The day trips and excursions lady, Miss Beatrice was an excellent source of information and help. One trip I highly recommend is the snuba adventure with Anthony aka snubaman. The beach was quaint and definitely inviting, but the only complaint was the water park. My wife and I thought it an eyesore. The other warning about the beach is the "2 legged sharks" aka local vendors. They will be there and they will approach you with "handmade" items, which we found can be purchased in town cheaper than they sell them for. The one vendor I recommend looking for is Bernard aka "Dr Coconut " as I dubbed him. He makes fresh coconut drinks right there on the beach. He cuts the bottom flat, chops the top and carves a hole in the top, drains some of the milk and proceeds to add 5 different types of rum… my wife says they were delicious 😋 😍
I would love to come back a second time for a reunion with my wife Tammy… we will be back.

Our family had a blast at this gorgeous resort with breath-taking sunsets, friendly staff, and amazing on-site restaurant overlooking the Carribean Sea. They served healthy, delicous food presently beautifully. We had so much fun at the Splash Park. It felt like we were on the Wipe Out show! We left tanned, toned, healthy, relaxed and happy.

Worse everrrrrr. They are the worse and I wont recommend to nobodyyy! I cried my ass out no sympathy or. Hearing voice was given! I am very disappointed in you guys. Before everything would be go to bay gardens but I'd more recommend a guest house!
