A wonderful place to switch off and concentrate on you. Feel restored and regenerated. Can’t wait to return. Staff extremely knowledgeable and can’t do enough. Would highly recommend. Too many shout-outs but special thanks to the Team in the wellness cafe and the spa staff big shout out to Edwin the golf pro. You have helped tremendously. Such a calming influence.

The service at BodyHoliday is something to write home about. The entire staff are so warm and kind it almost brings a tear to your eye. At one point I wanted a vanilla laté and they don’t typically have vanilla syrup, but the staff member told me she’d have it for me the next day. While at the souvenir pavilion I asked if they had aloe and they didn’t at that particular spot but the woman told me she grows it at her house and she could go cut me some. The activities coordinators are amazing as well. Each one of them puts their own personal spin on the class their teaching. All of them have such fun amazing energy that draws you in. There were a few times I was walking by an activity and ended up participating because they were so adamant about wanting to include you in the fun. Their smiles and energy are truly infectious. As a first timer it’s no surprise to regularly meet other guests that have been there 7-8 times. There’s something special about BodyHoliday and it’s people that will definitely keep me coming back. ❤️

This is our 2nd trip. Spa Team, Wellness team, Wait staff were great. Front desk, concierge, and reception area were very disappointing this time.

The BodyHoliday This was my first time at The BodyHoliday and only my second all inclusive trip. The property has been in existence for quite some time, however, you would not know it from the buildings and grounds. They are immaculate, beautiful, well-maintained, and feel fresh and well kept. The food was delicious, well prepared, and served with great joy. The bar selections could use some sprucing up, but that did not dampen all the fun I had! The variety of spa treatments and activity options were highly varied and very fun. The bodyguards at The BodyHoliday are a great assortment of energetic and exciting young people. They definitely added to the atmosphere of the active spa resort. As a solo traveler, I very much appreciated the communal table that was available each night for us. I made many new friends that I hope to see on my return trips. As I mentioned before, the staff is outstanding. Specifically, there are quite a few that deserve mention here: Leah, the head of activities, is a powerhouse. She is a great brand ambassador for the BodyHoliday and they are very blessed to have her as part of their team. Outside on the beach, Sam, Orlando, Jessica, and the entire Beach team are tireless in their efforts to keep you hydrated and having fun. The numerous times Sam swam out to the water ring to bring me a beverage were numerous, but he clearly enjoys his days.

I first stayed at the bodyholiday in 2006 and after booking in 2019 for 2020 then having to move to 2021 and then moving again to 2022 I have just spent the last 10 days being completely relaxed, pampered and seeing the island. All staff are fab but special thanks must go to Marlon for showing me the island, and Giovanni and sherquil for hosting the communal tables and the captain of Tiny for making one of my dreams come true re seeing whales and dolphins. It was worth the 16 year wait to come back. I will definitely be back 🇱🇨❤️ thank you bodyholiday for giving me back my mind ❤️

It’s a luxury resort with lots of activities set in a perfect cove with sandy beach and low-rise architecture. Very pretty. Lovely staff. All — inclusive with daily massage or treatment included. Very sociable too. The regime here is one of the best and repeat level of clients is very high indeed. Because it’s unique and so good.

An excellent holiday at Body Holiday, my expectations were high after my two previous visits but I can honestly say that this visit outshone both of the others. The fantastic staff, other guests made the holiday what it was and I am so grateful to each and every one of them. Until next year when I book to come again!

My wife and I attended the BodyHoliday resort for our honeymoon and we could not have selected a better place to celebrate our marriage. The facilities are beautiful and well-maintained, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, the spa treatments were great, and the meals were fantastic. They also offered a wide variety of activities both on and off-site that were very enjoyable and kept us just the right level of busy during our stay. We learned how to SCUBA (thanks Rusty! ) and sail a mini-catamaran (thanks Shane! ), and went on a sunset cruise to enjoy the beautiful views of St. Lucia during the evening. Overall, it was an incredible experience and we cannot wait to go back when we get the chance.

Perfect getaway! So much to do (love the fitness classes and water sports), great food, amazing beach and views! Wonderful staff! And a spa treatment of choice is included everyday!

Great beach and relaxing atmosphere — tasty food and some really excellent personal body care — exercise and massages. Snorkeling is colorful and easy to experience.

Love the variety of fitness classes. The instructors are top rate and motivating. The Spa is beautiful and I enjoyed all of my treatments. The resort is beautiful overall and the staff is friendly and the service is great. Did I mention the delicious, healthy food? There is so much to love at BodyHoliday. I will return!

Great Caribbean vacation with lots of active classes, great golf and sailing instruction and beautiful relaxation at spacious beach with terrific chair side service, even in the water.

Spent vacation without air conditioning. Almost suffocated. Smoke and mist coming out of AC, could not breathe, eyes swollen, throat closed, coughing, exhaustion. It was horrible. Moved room 3x's. 2 of rooms in same building same issue, NO AC! Came home with bronchial pnuemonia and eye infection, etc. Emergency room in States said most likely due to bacteria in stagnant water in broken AC. Who knows what was in the smoke and mist coming out of the AC unit! Resort could care less. Extremely Dangerous. Everyone in that very building had AC issues. Zero customer service. My entire vacation completely ruined. It was 100 degrees and I had no where to cool down. I had no where to rest. I could not sleep. I could not participate in any activities. It was not safe at all. This resort is highly NOT recommended, not safe and not to be trusted.

Cant fault it, food awesome, exercise and sport for EVERY type of individual and age, people super friendly and the location… well, paradise.

Body Holiday is a British owned resort located on the far north side of the island of St. Lucia, West Indies. Upon arrival to the island, we waited about 1 hour in customs and immigration, as the airport is small and understaffed. Multiple airlines arrive simultaneously, and Thursdays are the busiest. After customs, private pick up was arranged by Body Holiday and Costco Travel and was professional and prompt. Travel time to the resort was 2.5 hours, which was longer than we anticipated, especially after a 24-hour trip from Seattle, WA. Traffic on St. Lucia is terrible, rivaling many major U. S. Cities. The island has primarily 2 lane roads and no turn lanes, which is why traffic is so bad. On the day we arrived, traffic was even worse due to a fatality involving one of the commercial buses. Once to the resort, check in was a breeze, quite literally took 2 minutes, and we were whisked off to our room. Even with the quick check-in, our luggage was miraculously waiting for us before we got to our room, Our room was an ocean front unit, with a beautiful view. This was a corner room at the far end of the hotel and included a bonus sitting room, which added about 100 sq. Ft. Of welcoming living space and gave us full views South and West. It was a surprise free upgrade for us but would be worth the extra cost, as the rooms are rather small by traditional resort standards. The room was clean and well furnished. Daily housekeeping and turn down service was very nice.

First time on a vacation and it was for my honeymoon. I am beyond pleased with the experience I had. Love the staff, they are so kind. Spa treatment everyday, eating healthy food, lots of activities and outings just WOW! Boat party is one of my favorite memories.

Beautiful resort in a romantic location. Excellent services including spas, outdoor exercise trail, water yoga, tennis, golf, gym. Lots of water sports. Rooms are beautiful with great view. Food are plentiful and delicious. Beach is clean. Services are top notch. Top destination for St. Lucia.

This holiday really is all inclusive. The service, scenery, food; drink, treatments and activities are all superb. Utterly relaxing: just wonderful. So much to do. My wife and two adult daughters absolutely love it. We really don't want to go anywhere else. Not cheap but worth every penny!

Most feel-good place in the world!

Well if you gonna pay for a holiday to get and stay fit why not in this beautiful setting.

A great place to visit if you're travelling solo as The BodyHoliday has a really friendly and sociable vibe. There's a full schedule of optional daily activities ranging from yoga and mediation to beach fit and competitive sports… and there's always the option to spend your days on the beach and lounging by the pools. The spa treatments on offer as part of the all inclusive are great too! I'm already planning my next visit.

Food was absolutely amazing and the staff were always ready to help. They even swam out to us in the ocean to offer us a drink (which we gladly accepted) and sipped in the lovely water. The massages everyday were extremely relaxing and they were always open to changing the time slots and treatments for that, depending on what you wanted to do that particular day. Would highly recommend!

Amazing staff, great food. This is not a 'typical' all inclusive. It is a 5 star resort with food and service to match. Also other guests are so down to earth, we have been lucky to meet people who we hope will be friends for life. Cannot recommend highly enough.

The start of the wet season in late May affords an opportunity because prices are more reasonable than in the dry season. The temperature remains around a constant 30◦C and the rain lasts usually for only a few minutes. The humidity is tempered by a pleasant breeze. Mosquitos were never really a problem if you dress sensibly in the evening and spray yourself. It can appear to be an expensive holiday particularly in the dry season, so early June onwards can prove to be an excellent time to visit the resort if you want to bag a bargain. It is not as expensive as it seems. A daily treatment is free and the spa facilities are excellent. The treatment rooms have been substantially refurbished and the standard of treatment remains first class. Remember that you can modify your programme by phone or at reception but do be prepared to give some warning. The grounds are gorgeous and beautifully maintained, the rooms are very comfortable and each has a tablet with internet access. The list of activities is truly comprehensive and varied. There really is something to suit everyone. I’m not keen on sport but I enjoyed Tai Chi, went out sailing and tried snorkelling. There is such a lot to do usually at no cost. The Sunset Cruise takes place on a Friday at 1630. It is usually provided for returning guests but as a first visitor you may find places available. The food and drink are first-rate at all the various venues. Do not miss a visit to Tao however!

Absolutely great place staff were great, food is really good, entertainment every night, plenty of classes to go to and stuff to do. Will definitely be back!

Amazing well being perspective hotel.

As a travel agent: What more can I ask other than 5 nights at Body Holiday.? Where I left my body to the hands of the professionals. Included in the all inclusive is 1 free daily massage, yoga and other classes, healthy drinks and a healthy mind. On my 1st day — The front desk gave me a key to a room that was filled with boxes and no bed or furniture. I had to go back to the desk for another room. Finally, when I got one, I was exhausted. I jumped into the pool with my clothes on and swam in the warm water. Next, I went off to dress for a sensational dinner. There was a piano bar where I met up with my group and we had drinks before we dined. Dining is dress up time and we had reservations to try TAO on our 1st night. This is a fine dining experience with elaborate food overlooking the beach. Catch dinner with a pleasant sea breeze. The other restaurants are also delicious, so eat healthy or eat everything! It's all good. The next morning I was up for sunrise Yoga and treated myself to smoothies made with all kinds of greens. Ate at the deli for lunch, healthy sandwiches of avocado and turkey. On the beach there are non motorized sports. I did Kayaking and swimming. My daily massages were set up for 5pm which ended each of my wonderful days. Their clubhouse is used for many purposes: One can sit and chill during the day with a good book and a glass of wine. There is a loaner's book library if you want to share a book.

Spent the most perfect 2 weeks here with my beautiful new wife.
