No parking facilities. Dirty bed pillows. Atmosphere is not good. 😤😫

We had a booking on this hotel and it was 2.30pm when we arrived to the hotel for lunch. We signed the documents and direct went for lunch without asking room key. It was around 3pm when we came back from lunch and they said still the room is not ready yet and ask us to wait in the pool area. They we have waited one hour and asked for the room key. Still not ready yet. There were 2 more coupls and they also had the same issue. It was around 6pm when we get our room keys and almost best part of the trip is ruined due to their negligence. They didn't even inform this prior attending to the hotel. Room and the location was nice and later they sent a fruit bucket also to apologise for the delay. They had the same menu for lunch and dinner and the food portion is not sufficient and food variety is low. Breakfast is ok.

Great hotel with amazing view and attentive staff and service. Chandima’s (f&b) service superb. Delicious food. Mainly chicken fried rice was amazing. Great hospitality. Look forward to returning. Highly recommended ❤💪🏾

We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel. The staff were really friendly and very accommodating. The view from the Hotel is breathtaking and it was simply a joy to spend our vacation there. The food specially, was exceptional and since we were there for 4 days, we were provided with the option of choosing the kind of menu we wanted to have and we loved every bit of it!
We definitely would want to spend another vacation in the Hotel. It was simply amazing!

Amazing hotel! Decided to have an escape with the mates after the lockdown and chose Levels for two nights. Definitely the best decision made! We got upgraded to the suite rooms and the views were amazing! The staff were very friendly and service was outstanding! Words can’t describe the views we had. Will definitely visit again soon! One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in.

This is absolute no 5 stars worth! No parking place; not clean (i. E. Under the bed was full of dust) ; no privacy cause neighbors has to pass by your balcony/window; cappuccino and orange juice is xtra costs; and the Receptionist was rude to our driver and friend! The only thing we liked was de space in de room and the view!

We had a greatd time at cantaloupe levels. It is one of the best hotel in southern. The rooms are well designed and well cleaned. Beautiful veiw from roof top and fantastic location to spend holiday. The property sits pretty on a small hill overlooking the ocean. This makes for nice views and brilliant photos. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. This results in patrons being forgiving for some of the shortcomings in the property.

The room we got was super spacious and clean with the stunning partial view of the beach and it was facing the pool. No doubt… it was worth the money​

We got a warm welcome and the stay was much relaxed due to the extra supportive staff. The food was good but the menu didn't had a much of varieties. ​

Overall, it is a nice property, desperate for some immediate attention towards fixing small things, which will catapult it towards being counted among the best properties in Unawatuna.

All in all hotel is fine. Cuisine is ok.
But I don’t recommend staying here! Quality to price is terrible. Most importantly If you want to get ants all over the public area and lizards running through your room and staff thay doesn’t care — don’t worry, you can go there. But for me as for 5 star hotel that’s not worth a penny. I wasted last 3 nights of my holidays without sleep or fun, because all the time I had to „run” and catch lizards from my room and take away. Right now already done that 4 times, and I still have a night ahead of me. All in all, if you prefer to meet animals in the jungle rather than in your hotel room — don’t go.

4 stars. Service was exceptional and food was top notch!
Hotel is at the top of a very big hill. Arrange your car service before you arrive to the hotel. Hotel is only able to arrange hotel car service which is expensive or tuk tuk. If you have a lot of luggage arrange a taxi service before you arrive. The hotel is not allowed to contact third party services. Tuk tuk drivers in that area call the shots and don’t like third party services coming in. Other than that this hotel is beautiful!

Our 2nd stay at a cantaloupe properly, this year, which speaks for itself. levels is stunningly located boutique properly. Spectacular views and well designed and equiped accommodation. The restaurant takes full advantage of the view and serves delicious food, with that special Sri Lankan service.

Great hotel, great staff, great location. I highly recommend staying at this hotel, especially as a couple. The staff are absolutely great and really try to ensure you have a good time.

Poor arrangements on our arrival. Not fixed water leakage, no electricity and not reserved the rooms as promised.

5 star experience at this boutique hotel. It has only 9 rooms so you will enjoy personalised attention. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was good. Views are stunning.

Absolutely loved Levels. This hotel is beautiful, I loved the setting up on the hill looking over at Galle. The staff are so welcoming and friendly, helpful as well and they speak English which is hugely appreciated. The pool is amazing and the views form the Deluxe rooms are incredible. Loved the food as well! Galle is a 10-15 minute ride/drive or the other way to Unawatuna or Wijaya for a nice meal! There are two very serene beaches about 15-20 minutes walk below the hotel. It's a nice walk as the road isn't busy and the locals are friendly. Check out the Peace Pagoda only 10 minutes away and pay your respects to Budha! This hotel is set away from everything which makes it great if you want to get away and relax so don't complain it's too far from everything! I highly recommed this hotel!

Very nice and remote from the noisy resort hotel. There are 9 rooms in total. The hotel is distinguished by its style, cleanliness and chic service. Cleaned twice a day. The food in the restaurant is wonderful. Huge portions and once a week a menu change. The waiters Dilshan and Sapun were remembered, who made every evening in the restaurant unforgettable. Very polite and helpful guys. Near several beaches in the bay. But it is better to spend a bit of money on a tuk-tuk and go to the beach of Navatuna. Nice place for a quiet stay.

The trips are fantastic, superbly arranged and implemented by Atthanayak who was our personal driver and guide provided by Hotel Cantaloupe Levels. Food amazing, just as it says on the website but better. Cannnot thank Atthanayak and the hotel staff enough for their excellent service and personal care, they've thought of everything. Superb, one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in for service and value for money.

Picked this spot on a family friend's recommendation, and could say was definitely satisfied with their pleasant hospitality. It was to celebrate my fiance's birthday and a complementary cake was ready in the suite on arrival, for which we were given a free upgrade. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and actually invited us to extend our check out time so that we would get to enjoy our holiday a couple of hours more. Food was thoughtfully prepared and would especially recommend the mutton biryani for a tasteful asian experience. All in all, it was an amazing getaway and we are grateful to Levels for making it memorable. Keep up the good work!

Best place to visit and pool and restaurant are best. There is a brilliant place to see you.

Excellent service and friendliness from the staff. Very punctual. Has an excellent view from the hotel at the entire Galle bay. Stayed at a Silhouette suite and has that excellent view from there too! Has a sufficient pool and areas to relax and take sun baths near pool. Has a limited no. Of rooms. No. Of choices for meals could be improved. Tooth paste had been expired. One knob of the Jacuzzi tub was broken. Local TV channels were not clear. But apart from those minor points, enjoyed the stay a lot!

High end hotel that needs some r&m. Our room was having difficulties with power, and while the maintenance team assisted each time the problem wasn't resolved nor were we moved to another room. Staff were super friendly and fun to talk to, couple of younger staff made great conversation and seemed really interested in having a chat. Breakfast was great, dinner was also tasty. Not sure if it was worth what we paid at the time we stayed, perhaps my expectation was sky high. Hopefully they can fix a few maintenance issues and then the cost would be justified.

Pros: Cantaloupe Levels has a stunning location on an lush green mountain (approx. 20 car minutes away from Galle Fort) close to Jungle Beach and White Jungle Beach. A fantastic Boutique Hotel that goes that extra mile to ensure your stay is amazing! The entire premises is very clean, neat and tidy and it only takes a few walking minutes to reach Jungle Beach and White Jungle Beach. Cons: High Food Price, No Parking, High Price.

Our stay at LEVELS by Cantaloupe began with a quick dip in their gorgeous swimming pool, followed by some well-plated lunch on king-size beds next to their pool, where our food was stylishly served on bed-table trays. Definitely coming back for more!

This is the best hotel in the region. Its architcture is a bit strange with the hallway passing in front of the rooms, but the room design and decoration is one step ahead of all the other hotels. Very nice pool area with big beds to hang out, if you don't want to go to the beach (not sure why you wouldn't though). It is situated right above the white sand jungle beach which is the one of the best beach spots of the south coast, if you like small secluded beaches. The hotel restaurant is also worth mentioning as I had a mouth watering prawn soup with coconut milk. Stayed April 2016, traveled as a couple.

Its a must stay place id say. Worth every effort I put to book the rooms. Thanks so much for the amazing holiday. Such a calm place to relax and rejuvenate. The food… Voila! Yum yum yum.

Cantaloupe Levels is absolutely amazing with spectacular views overlooking the Indian Ocean. You will no regret it at all. It's a one of a kind property perched in Rumassalla Hills and equipped will all the modern amenities and to sum it all up service is out of this world, very personal but not too intrusive. Go for it guys and experience Jungle Beach as well. Trust me this will be an experience to last a life time.
