Reviews of Amanda Beach Villas 3*
I went with my parents to this hotel for vacation on the island.
It was my WORST EXPERIENCE in a Hotel ever!
When we arrived there was just a BROKEN SAFE (we asked many times for a functional Safe, but we never got one), A LOT OF DUST in the room and it really SMELLED BAD!
The Horror started on a Monday when the staff from the housekeeping STOLE MONEY from our bag while he cleaned our room, but a few days later we GOT ROBBED while we were in the room!
A local guy BROKE INTO OUR ROOM in the middle of the night (3.30AM) when we were sleeping. He stole 300$ and 150€!
The thief climbed to the first floor and opened the rusty and old balcony door with a screwdriver.
The security should’ve worked till the sunrise but he just worked till 2AM! So NO SECURITY was looking after their guests in the night.
We spoke to the manager on the phone (he was in Canada) and he told us so many times that he want to help us and give us our stolen money from the insurance back, we waited a long time for a reply (months) and when I texted him a few times, THE MANAGER BLOCKED ME! The staff, especially the manager, is so rude and unrespectful!
I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH BAD SERVICE AND STAFF! (And I am travelling since more than 2 years already)
Stay away from this Hotel if you want to enjoy your holiday!
Beautiful Hotel with a nice panoramic view, enjoyed by foreign tourists and locals as well.
