Fantastic stay last month in this fantastic hotel! Everything was perfect for our stay we were welcomed with an amazing breakfast on arrival. We had the garden room view which was stunning. We will be coming back in the future for sure.

Best place if you want to stay at villa. Very secluded, very clean, and well furnished. Had a wonderful time at the villa with family. Very helpful staff and the villa owner was very helpful with guiding us and taking care of us, even with small things… I give it 5/5. Keep it up.

Excellent room, great host, very good location.

Stayed for 3 nights. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Accommodation was clean and spacious. We stayed in a deluxe family room, which was a huge lovely room with 2 x 4 poster beds, a kitchen and dining area, large fridge, satellite tv, 2 air conditioning units. There were table, chairs and sun loungers outside the room on roof terrace. Swimming pool was lovely temperature and very clean. Excellent Wi-Fi connection in room and we even got some signal around the pool which is not guaranteed. Breakfast was standard Sri Lankan offering, tea/coffee, fresh mixed fruit juice, fresh fruit plate, choice of eggs, toast and marmalade. Local wildlife was good, a family of monkeys in the trees near to the accommodation, which stayed in the trees. A good distance from the main road in hikkaduwa, meaning you didn’t hear the car/traffic noise, but only a short walk to the bars/restaurants/beach. There is a train line which runs through hikkaduwa is not that far so you do hear it but it is not close enough to disturbed you properly, be cautious as other hotels are right next to the tracks this one is not, thankfully :-)

The best place to stay in hikkaduwa. Everything in new, the room are large and very comfortable with ac and hot water, there is an equipped kitchen where you can cook your own meals (very rare in sri lanka), an awsome pool, nice breakfest and above all, jaanka the owner is the nicest person in sri lanka and he will do anythink in his power to help you. Had a great time there will be back for sure.

Super. Excellent owner! The Villa is within walking distance to the sea, in a quiet location. All clean. The owner is very positive and every question he has the answer, friends everywhere and everywhere a very interesting price.
