Worst experience we’ve ever had at a hotel. Hakeem (reservations officer) took an advance from us for a room that had already been sold out and was given a room from a lower category as a replacement. We travelled all the way from Colombo to find out that the room we booked is not available. Worst service ever and the way they handled the issue was very unprofessional. Wild Grads Nature Resort is the worst place ever.
One of my favourite hotel stays of all time, surrounded by the magic of nature in exquisitely beautiful chalets. Could not recommend it enough. Truly wonderful.

Sorry for late recommendation. Lovely nature place we have visit wildgrass. I went with my squirrel 🐿 baby they kindly allowed my requst if not I couldn’t go. You should visit once’s. Staff was friendly. Mr nimal, boy who help us & who served food I couldn’t asked there name 🤔everyone was kind. Thank you
