Hotel is decent enough. Rooms are clean. Ok for one night. Staff don’t seem to speak english very well.

A very pleasant place for a holiday and a get away from a busy life at work. The rooms and other facilities are good. Staff offer a friendly and professional service. The rooms and the restaurant has a great view of the city. It offers budget room facilities.

Satyodaya educational training center is situated within 10 minutes walking distance from the Kandy railway station. It offers double rooms (no meals) starting from 2900 LKR. However, if you want to have a great view, then pay a little more (3500 LKR) and make sure to book a room facing the city which has a small balcony as well. The above mentioned rooms are non-AC, but who needs AC when in Kandy! The rooms are very clean and has an attached bathroom which contains hot water showers. Really good value for money.

A place to stay with peace. A lace to get the perfect panoramic view of the Kandy town from the balcony and the mesmerizing sunrise. Makes your life so perfect.

High on the beautiful mountain seen on the city just disappointed with the well polluted air and the horrible noise of Kandy. A nice place recommended.

Ticks the boxes for a comfortable, clean cheap room in a quiet location on the hillside overlooking the town centre. A tuktuk from the station will set you back around Rs200 … and believe me it's a steep climb, take the tuktuk! Staff are super friendly, the bed was comfortable with a neat little en suite and a great view from the wee balcony… and for less than £20 it's good value. Breakfast is an optional extra, but it's only 10 minute walk down the hill to plenty of food options in town. The trust supports education for the poorest families of tea workers and some of your room fee goes directly to this cause.

Stunning view of the kandy city. Value for money.

Very nice and clean accommodation. A bit distant from the center, but you will get piece and nice view on the Kandy. Great if you are traveling with children.

This place is now a restaurant and a motel. You can go there for a delicious meal. And the view of the kandy city is really beautiful.

£15 for a night was quite expensive for a small double room with no view or window. It felt a bit damp. The view from the outside of the hotel looking out over Kandy was incredible. Definitely ask to have a room on this side! We were only there for a night and all the staff seemed friendly.

Best place for a budget stay. Clean rooms. Great view and friendly staff.

The location is a bit far from the centre but the rooms are really big, the breakfast is like a buffet with the typical fruits and toasts with eggs. The service was also really helpful and friendly. Totally recommended!
