Highly recommended this place. In the entrance they check temperature and there are sanitizing machines. Always run with healthcare routines. Service providers are with masks and face shield also. That is about covid preventing methods. And I have to tell about the service also. They are friendly with good manners. Foods and beverages are so tasty. Calm place to enjoy with your love ones.

A good place to stay with a good view of Kandy city from the balcony. Rooms were clean staff was friendly. But limited choice of food selection. Good city hotel.

The service was excellent and the view from the room was even better. Someone working on the front getting taxis and TUC Tucs are giving information to some of their pals outside. Check it out Seriously. They tried to rip me off the guys in the tuck tucks. They knew that I stayed in ozo when the came on to me, so that is why that someone in ozo is in contact with them. I was asked when leaving the hotel where I was going and I said for a walk. After that I was approached and the guy knew I stayed in the hotel. Thank you.

Nice rooms, good views, and friendly front desk staff. The only thing that lacks is there is very little attention given to customers at the bar. You have to chase them down to order a second time.

I stayed here at one night. OZO Kandy is a modern hotel and hotel is located close to Kandy lake. Room was comfortable and clean. It had a private balcony. You'll be provided free Wi-Fi access. Breakfast is average.

I was there for few mins at Mr Palitha was the bar manager and he never smiled to any one in fact the bar was filled with people, the hotel got some quality business why aren’t they happy?
Need some improvements OZO Kandy.

Nice Stay and good food… Rooms are well maintained and very friendly staff… We enjoyed the 3 days stay… On arrival, we were upgraded to a lake view room without any additional cost. Only thing to take care is to keep vigilance on the balcony doors if opened… monkeys may jump in at anytime… especially during early morning hours.

This is a lovely modern hotel in a great location looking over the lake. Food was lovely and the rooms were very nice. The staff were very helpful and you could walk down to the lake easily and enjoy an evening walk. The roof top bar/restaurant served food all day and the roof top pool although small was very pleasant to soak away the stresses of Kandy it's self. The temple of the tooth was within walking distance.

Good location with less than 5 mins walk to the lake. Sit on the hill slope and can be steep to walk up if you have difficulty in walking especially in he night as the road is dark and no walking pathway. The room is clean but don’t bother the lake view as you probably being block by some houses roof TOP. Still a distance to the lake to have good view. Probably if you stay higher floor than 3 May be better. Upon checking in, they can’t find our record and took a little longer than needed. The breakfast spread is average and not too bad quality. Staff is attentive, room is clean and comfy.

The hotel is quite basic. Good for a stop over. Pool is small but View is nice. Gym was good. Food choices are extremely limited and taste was average. Service was ok, not too bad. I didn’t have the dinner buffet and missed the live band so can’t comment. It’s a steep climb to the hotel so you can’t just walk out. Comfortable stay but doubt will stay here again and definitely not more than one night.

The hotel was very clean and modern. In a great location in Kandy, walking distance from many places. We decided to go for a walk around the area, there are many local shops where you can purchase almost anything. The reception staff were nice and friendly. We had breakfast and dinner buffet style at the hotel which was nice, but not as big as most other hotels we visited in Sri Lanka, but that could be because the hotel was not as big or perhaps it was off season. The rooms were comfy and once again felt clean which is the main thing for me!

Together with my wife and friends we are doing a tour of Sri Lanka. The Hotel ZOO Kandy Sri Lanka is where we stay during the tour. The hotel is modern and well maintained. The room is spacious and furnished in a modern style and the bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly and efficient and the restaurant is of a good quality. From the pool located to the roof of the building you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. It is a hotel that raccomandarei to friends and acquaintances.

The room was clean. All the staff were very friendly. The food was fine, not perfect, but OK. From the top you have a great view over Kandy. The fitness room is great. To. Dinner we had to wait a little.

Beautiful views, ultra-clean rooms that look brand new, exceptional and inexpensive breakfast and dinner buffets. The service is attentive and friendly. A great base to visit Kandy!

Stayed for one night and it was spectacular. Everyone in the staff despite their position never fails to have a smile on their face and help you out with almost anything. Room was clean and cozy. Close proximity to the city. Ideal stay if it fits your budget.

For a 4 star resort, this place was great. The staff were very attentive and the rooms were clean with some city line views. In addition, the gym was above average for a hotel gym and the rooftop pool and bar were a great place to hang out after a long, hot day of touring around Kandy. They don’t have conditioner or lotion in the bathrooms so make sure to pack your own. Definitely try the buffet breakfast before you checkout the next morning.

Had only one or two Long Island Iceteas here, but these were very tasty and the view over Kandy should not be missed. The bar does not open until the afternoon, here you should ask for the current opening hours. Also highly recommended for non-hotel guests. Prices are, of course, slightly more upmarket than usual in Sri Lanka.

Great new hotel well maintained and clean, a touch of modern detail in historical city. Super breakfast spread and nice view of Maligawa. Manager Mahesh and staff were very helpful even for extended checkout, 3 kids enjoyed their stay pretty much.

It is a huge ugly concrete box building. Cannot understand how anyone could approve to allow this to sit on the hillside of a historic city… I was here in Christmas Eve. The hotel made the dinner buffet MANDATORY for guests staying in the special night and charges 60usd per head. Then there were laser lights, father Santa stuffed it’s tummy and bum and Karaoke band which played music until mid night. Some might had enjoyed the atmosphere but it was surely not what I expected from Kandy.

This is a newer hotel in kandy. We stayed in a 'sleep' twin room which was comfortable. There's a television, in-room Wi-Fi, and complimentary coffee and water bottles. The bathroom was a good size with hot water and good shower pressure. There's no door to the shower so water would get everywhere. The room next to us had their TV on a high volume so we couldn't get to sleep. We called reception to ask them to turn it down which we heard them answer but they didn't which was frustrating. The rooftop bar and pool is very nice, especially the big round sun lounges.

Staff was very good. We were offered a room upgrade with a great view. The menu was bit limited.

Hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Has a roof top bar and swimming pool. 4ft maximum in the pool. Roof top has a breath taking view of kandy town and Dalanda temple. Rooms has private balcony with a superb view. Food is good. Had buffet with balanced selections. Easy access to main road. Close to town.

I really enjoyed my stay at OZO Kandy. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They were very polite and obliging at all times. The room was quite spacious and very comfortable.

Nice staff…. Tasty food… We just gone for dinner. It's amazing view from the "Bomu" restaurant. The waiter Umayanga (if I'm not wrong) very helpful. From the entrance to restaurant all the ppl was there welcome us very warmly. It's very happy to been there. Highly recommend.

Amazing ozooooo kandy… We tavel with my wife and my family… when we went to the hotel we welcomed verywell. It was a nice place and very good place in kandy. Every thing is amazing. The rooms are very comfortable and very clean. The upper floor rooftop bommu was very beautiful. Then we had a good dinner and breakfast buffet. Finally ozooo kandy friendly and very helpful staff. I want to specally thanks for Mr Kasun, Mr amila, Mr Sandaruwan, Mr Mahesh… your service is very well. Thank you very much for my wife's surprised birthday cake…

Surprised how good a quality this hotel was. The breakfast and evening buffets were great. One evening we turned up late and had food that had been sitting out a while but it still tasted fantastic. Our room had everything we needed with a great view overlooking Kandy lake. The hotel also had a rooftop bar where the pool is also situated which was very cool and was showing sport. Hotel was great, service was great, food was great!

Beautiful modern hotel in Kandy. The rooftop pub is quite interesting and beautiful. The architecture is very modern and prices are reasonable. We tried the Sunday buffet which was priced at only Rs. 1800/= at the time, and it proved to have quite a good selection. Service was friendly and prompt.

We stayed for 3 days and we enjoyed it. Rooms are comfortable and roomy. It had all the necessities that it should. Bed was comfy and the background noise was minimum. We loved the pool area and the pool itself. Food was decent though you might feel it's bit less spicy for a local tongue. They had accomadating and nice staff.
One the last day there was an incident. Our room was flooded with water. Somehow the toilet bidet had a leak and it was spraying water everywhere. Fortunately not much harm to our valuables. The staff were quick to assist and provide another room. We got a complimentary sweets plate after that. If that suffices the unease and uncomfort we went through, I'm not sure.
This how ever doesn't mean I didn't like it there, I did. We all did. It's just it's better to be cautious about their plumbing system.

The room was the classic room with no view, the rooms with good view are the dream lake and the suites. The view was on the backside of the hotel overlooking the local houses, I added some photos to see the view. The bar on the roof is very nice and modern settings. Overnight stay it was good.

Nice atmosphere at the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, extremely bad service. The staff hangs out at the counter, and it's difficult to get their attention. After serving food, we had to wait 20 odd minutes to get some water or beverage.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Buffet dinner was accompanied by life music, guys were good as well. There is roof-top bar and pool with amazing views during the day and beautiful at night. Gym also available for the exceptionally active ones. Hotel is clean and rooms are more than acceptable. One of the best Luxury hotel in kandy. We stayed there for a day at Room 303. The service, Breakfast, Pool and the staff members friendly service simply awesome. Highly recommended for everyone.

Probably one of the nicer hotels in Kandy — staff all very friendly. The bar is on the roof which does mean it can get a little chilly if the weather takes a turn for the worse. Rooms a bit on the small side, also up quite a steep hill but nothing that can't be sorted with a tuk tuk — although this leads to good views. Right next to the lake and walking distance to the temple of the tooth.
