Had a good time at this hotel with my brother. The ambience looked nice and clean. We didn't stay here but planned to have lunch. The food we ordered was good and also the appetizer. We had fried rice and the portion served was more than enough for both of us but it was more expensive. The staff are very polite and never failed to please us.

I have visited only for dine. Good place and meal. Accomadation seems OK.

A Jaffna city hotel which is popular among travelers. Good location and very convenient to the Jaffna town. Rooms are not much spacious and condition is good. Friendly staff.

I only visited their bar. It's a small place with limited seating. Food is fine. And the wine they served was also fine. Calm environment next to their pool. Pool was in a nice site covered with many big trees. But the water was scattered with many leaves and tiny particles blown by the wind.

We stayed one night here. Good spacious AC rooms with hot water tea coffee & TV. Quick room service. There was an odd smell in the toilet. But toilet was clean. Free Wifi is not working. Only working close to reception. Has good AC Restaurent & banquet hall. Breakfast was delicious with authentic Indian Jaffna items and western food.

Beautiful green environment with pool, spa, gim, bar, conference with rooms. Delicious food with class hospitality. All your holiday needs, full fill under one roof. Keep it up…

Lovely clean comfortable room, bright and spacious. All staff friendly and helpful. Strong Internet and Wi-Fi. AC excellent. Plenty of hot water. All the lights work. Poolside would benefit from new loungers as some broken but otherwise very nice and private. Restaurant cool and clean serving delicious food. Definitely a good place to stay. Wish I had more than one night here.

They need to find professional chefs since the quality of the food is gradually coming down.

Nice. South indian food is served. Food is good. Rooms are spacious. Service is good and staff is very cooperative.

This is the third restaurant I visited in Jaffna and it was for lunch. The place is spacious, air conditioned and it got Wi-Fi. Drink vise we ordered a lime juice and a pineapple juive. Lime was alright but I don't recommend the pineapple compared to my first restaurant. We ordered the battered cuttlefish, French fries, crumb fried chicken & mutton biriyani. I do not recommend any of it other than the mutton biriyani coz they all lack flavour. The mutton biriyani was alright but I got only one piece of mutton but that was only mine. So I guess you'll need a little luck to get some mutton lol. Service is really good. They all speak very good English, Sinhala and Tamil and ate extremely friendly.

Service is good. Our Triple room was neat and comfortable. Set Menu and buffet were average. Expected more authentic Jaffna food.

Tilko hotel gave us a mix of good & bad experience. Food & hospitality service provided by the staff was extremely good. However, in some of the rooms toilets were out of order and required to move rooms couple of times. As of 2017 their building is only aged 8 years yet level of maintenance of the buildings & utilities are not up to standards. Linen, cutlery restaurant & bar is however in very good order.

Good place for a holiday. Food is tasty if you enjoy northern food. Friendly staff, good spacious rooms and we'll equipped bathrooms. Clean & organized. Located with in the city of Jaffna and easy access to the railway station.

Its located in heart of the city jaffna's main historic places is in walking distance good restaurant and I had koththu rotti here it was a amazing front office staff very helpful and friendly.

Good luxurious rooms with a swimming pool also have separate restaurant and a bar to chill.

Currently staying here. This hotel is in need of serious refurbishment. Broken furniture in rooms. Restaurant and bar area have little atmosphere. I had to ask for loud music to be turned down in order to order drinks. Restaurant food not good. Buryani was 95% rice. I had to arrange alternative accommodation for my driver as driver accommodation here is not up to standard. Not recommended.

Value for money. This hotel has value for money. It has very very spacious rooms with queen size beds. And spacious bathroom with amenties. The room also has tv, chairs, cupboards ans safetly lockers. Everything that a traveller needs. The staff was not perfect but they were fine. There is a spacious restaurant. The food was tasty has a menu with options. Breakfast buffet was small but adequate its was a local buffet. And had toast, omlette and jam. There is a swimming pool. Spacious parking. Also very close to the town. Walking distance to Jaffna Fort. The outside view of the hotel looks old it needs a bit of rennovation.

Poor management and customer service. They are acting like we came to eat for free.

Definitely the worst hotel we stayed at in Sri Lanka. The website says "Super luxury". It is absolutely not. Awful furniture, small bed, no duvet cover, not enough pillows, Tv not in front of the bed, cheap bathroom. The food was DISGUSTING, and the Wi-Fi did not work at all. This was their "Penthouse" suite, I dread to think what the other rooms were like. We checked out early ASAP and booked a room in Jetwing around the corner. It was a bit more expensive however definitely by far the best hotel in Sri Lanka. Incredible rooms, incredible food, perfect beds, working Wi-Fi.

Management and staff useless, unprofessional and unprepared; running around like chickens without a head. The only thing that paid close attention to you is the mosquitos that inhabit the restaurant! It took us 30 minutes to get a waiters attention and make an order. After which we were informed after 45 minutes that some of the dishes were unavailable and we had to change our order. It then took another hour for the food to come through, which was cold, flavorless and not worth the price. The only good drinks are ones from a bottle, as juices and cocktails use leftover sodas that result in a flat, poor tasting drink. Avoid avoid avoid!

Very polite and Helpful staff, clean but not too luxurious either.

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Firstly, I must compliment on the quality of their food. Except for the breakfast, we ordered all the meals to our room and every dish we experienced was great. Breakfast buffet didn't have a very wide spread, but everything they had was superb. Therfore for food, I could give a 5 star rating. The facilities of course, needs improvement. The rooms were clean, but the equipment was old. Perhaps it's the right time they do an upgrade. Overall, it's a good place and it's worth the cost.

Good place for conference wedding meetings.

A central location lousy service you have to be able to handle altitude from the service staff and not proactive, just sent back 3 unwashed water glases now, sick of this place I am walking out let them … my order.

One of the biggest hotels in Jaffna. Located right in the middle of the city. A bit expensive but not that great service. Rooms are ok. Food is also ok but nothing special. Has a restaurent also. Room service available too.

Absolutely ridiculous service, I had to go behind the waiter over 3 times reminding him of the order. Ultimately I had to get my own drinks. The restaurant isn't cleaned, it's been 15 minutes since the people in the nabouring table had left and no one bothers to clean. The floor hasn't been swept. And after 20 minutes our plates arrive but food came another 15 minutes later (total waiting time 45 minutes). Horrible place. Never coming back they're luck they got at least one star from me.

Stinks never ever coming back horrible room and toilets stink of shit TV's suck.
