Very bad experience had recently at a wedding, no soap in washrooms, and food was so bad the chicken curry and fish curry were so upset and like spoiled, ice coffee offered was a disaster like water with sugar. Also less covid prevention actions, even sanitaizer liquid was not given to invitees at the entrance. Such a bad wedding experience.

Great location with lovely scenic view. Not impressed with room. Too old and badly maintained. AC not working properly. But fortunately you have great bunch of staff they were very friendly and supportive.

I came here for camp… The things I like: 1. Really good rooms 2. View 3. Area 4. A really good souvenir shop with an awesome guy 5. Good banquet halls 6. Food depends on your taste… The salads were good The things I disliked: 1. Some staff are really good… But very few are really rude 2. The restaurant had to many flies… 3. Me and my roommates got a villa but it had soo many insects… But they was fine 4. Wi-Fi range 5. No 24/7 restaurant 6. No 24/7 water availability.

We can have a nice view in the lobby lounge seeing the lake near the hotel.

Place look like star hotel but food is not good/washroom very bad & old furniture in banquet hall. Staff are good.

There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms. Lots of flies in the dining room. The rest well.

Place looks grand but once you enter you get to see the shortcomings. The staff is very nice and very helpful. The lake provides a sense of calm to a city soul. The lake becomes more interesting when it rains. Too many insects, old furniture and pipe fittings, not so good food are some of the negative points.

Location is picturesque. Right next to a lake. Food was average. Facilities are good.

When we arrived we were given a shabby room with a stained bath and filthy shower. After complaining to the Duty Manager we were given another room which was better but still very shabby with stains on the settee and dressing table. After asking for coffee several times I gave up because they just kept bringing more tea and coffee mate. Most of the staff didn’t speak English or very little so ordering for dinner etc was difficult.
Evening meal was unimpressive with over cooked prawns to start and dried up cold chicken for the main course. The breakfast was even worse with little choice and cold scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes. There were flies all over the food and the restaurant was grubby.
All of the TV channels were fuzzy, there was no information booklet in the room.
This certainly isn’t a 4 star hotel it’s more like a 2 star. Extremely disappointed as all other hotels we stayed in were lovely.

Zero for customer service. I went there for a quick breakfast bite. Guy at the restaurant said buffet only, but I called them before going there and they clearly said there's an à la carte. Then I asked from the girl at the reception and she sorted that out. Finally I got to eat the most expensive egg sandwich I've ever eaten. But problem is not with the price. It's with the service. May be they do not prefer local customers.

Quite good food. The staff is a disaster. The hotel has so much potential, however, all the outdoor areas are totally filthy. There is hardly any Sitzmöglchkeiten, and the few that are available are sticky and dusty. We asked the staff for a rag. We were told several times that it was done, we did not get a rag and after three days stay was still nothing cleaned. There were no towels in the room on arrival and only five hours later, after four calls, towels were brought.
The rooms were full of cockroaches and the bathroom was siffig. At the pool there are five beds for all hotel guests. You cannot walk by the lake as the hotel is completely fenced. You feel trapped. The hotel seems to be very nice at first sight, but behind the scenes it's a disaster.

It is overpriced and the money is not worth it.

I was here for lunch only. The staff are really helpful and attentive. The food is really nice and quite affordable. The premises are clean and the view from the restaurant is remarkable. Good place to stay.

Nice hotel, great location on the lake, friendly staff, very good breakfast and dinner buffet. However, the rooms have come out clearly in the years, partly in need of renovation and act in places unkempt. Overloaded Wi-Fi only in lobby and numerous banquet rooms with events (weddings etc. ).

Place is very calm and cool. Good reception. As well as delicious foods.

Excellent Property. Wonderful view. And easy access to the city. More than anything what I admire is staff! From the General Manager all staff members are very helpful and friendly. Wherever you are reception, Restaurant, Bar, swimming pool, Housekeeping, Gardening everyone is very hospitable.

It is a great Hotel we eat well the rooms are nikel very pretty.
