Lovely HOTEL your next holiday beautiful BEACH friendly staff excellent service THANKS ROHAN TOURS — SRI LANKA.

Their beach is one of the best beaches you can be. Foods and other facilities are great too.

We are just day visitors. But couldn’t be made more welcome. The Sri Lankan food was exceptional and great value for money. The pool as good as any spa. Definitely a little bit of heaven.

We were there 3 nights including 31st night owner was very nice gentleman but security was very poor because 31st night someone stole our thaqila bottle and the two pkt of cigarets malborrow we informed to the management they replaced the bottle not the same one yes place is amazing except this incident.

They treat locals like we are coming from some kind of slum. First when I contacted them 2 weeks before they told me they only have super luxury rooms which cost 25K and deluxe rooms are all booked.
This guy Sisira at reception, I call him 'Mr. Sisira' and he talks to me as 'Sumedha'. I’ve been to hotels far better than this and all of them respect their customer and speak to them with dignity. I didn't tell them that I'm a doctor because it doesn't matter and spoke in Sinhalese because why not? When I again contacted them there was this girl (shashikala or something) who answered and she talks to me as 'Oya'
So when I told them that I cannot book luxury rooms and only then they tell you that they'll try and finally will agree to give you deluxe rooms. I wanted 3 rooms and requested upstair rooms they say they don't have it and asked to call before coming. When I called again for the fifth or sixth time they said they'll try to give at least one room.
When we arrived at the place I smiled at the person at the reception and he looked at me like I'm coming to him to collect money and he tells to the girl nearby 'megolanwa balanna' The girl talks to me like I'm somekind of thug who's trying to flirt with her. When I asked for a upstair room this guy Sisira was there and he said not available (he made a gesture like 'one nightne') and I made an angry face and said Ok because there was nothing I can do. Then again he tells me that he'll give me one upstair room.

Very bad management and very rude staff. Rooms are so smelly and bed sheets are so dirty this hotel is very very bad. I will. Never recommend anyone there to go. 0 star hotel.

It is true that the rooms are big and next to the beach. The air conditioning system makes too much noise which does let you relax or even sleep. The balcony doors can not be sealed so all the cool air of the room is going out through it, neither the entrance door. The balcony wooden floor is almost to the point to be falling apart with a step on it. The mini bar fridge has big marks of oxidation and the bathroom is the most simple! The swimming pool is clean and the employees are really helpful and nice. The buffet does not have variety but is well done prepared and the food is tasteful.

Beautiful and clean resort located in the Mirissa beach town. The facilities are modern. They have good lunch and breakfast. I got a package that include dinner and breakfast. The swimming pool. Ia stunning. Worth the value.

The reviews looked great for this hotel but the stay here for me wasn’t very pleasant. The good: — the staff were friendly and very accommodating. They were attentive and tried their best to help. — the price is pretty decent for a place with an ocean view. The bad: Most of the issues encountered were due to the condition/maintenance of the hotel. — we had to switch rooms three times because of the smell of mould, leaky AC, and the appalling smell of the bathrooms. Each room had a damp mouldy odour but some worse than others. You can see mould in the rooms that have been painted over (which doesn’t really solve any issues). Some of the bathrooms had a strong urine smell (think portable toilet) which made it very unpleasant to use. — pillows had to be switched because they were damp and smelled like feet — rusty bottle openers? Seriously? Maybe I was nit picking but all these things added up to a not very pleasant stay here.

The rooms are nothing too fancy but are clean and comfortable with a/c and views of the ocean. The restaurant has good, healthy options and caters to vegetarians quite well. The main attraction is its location being right on the beach, and the pool is lovely.

Very busy, full of foreigners, beautiful swimming pool, attached sea beach, food, rooms, amenities. Good resting place. And yes good Wi-Fi too.

Very nice place. Comfortable, clean, spacious. Very near to the beach and has its own pool too. Sea food is great. It got a very nice sea facing resturant. Their whale watching trips are also great.

Nothing for individualists. Food was very good. Location right by the sea. Excursions to the whales are offered and offered to Galle. Pool present. Ayurveda is offered in the small area directly in the complex and is quite cheap even for Sri Lanka. Eg 1, 5h hours massage for 3500 rupees (about €20/€)

Aside from the sky jet the service remains to be improved, the spot is nice, the pool, the lack of staff makes the service can effective.

Great buffet dinner at PBC and the location was good. I found that it was overpriced for what it was as there are many great places to stay along Mirissa beach for a lot less money and the rooms are similar standard. The only thing that I found that was different at PBC was that they had a pool, but there is lots of kids in the pool all day which makes the beach more pleasant anyway. Maybe a great place to stay if you have kids!

When we booked the hotel, we didn't pay attention to the instructions on AGODA, there were 3 rooms without air conditioning, originally thought the problem is not big, arrived only to know that there are no air-conditioned rooms and air-conditioned rooms are completely 2 types. These 3 rooms in the beach corner of the old-fashioned villa, the room is very poor, we arrived in Sri Lanka after the worst room, not only no air conditioning, the room is particularly small, and there are no windows. Under these conditions, there is basically no way to sleep, close the door is stuffy and hot.
And the air-conditioned room environment is good, we must see clearly if you book this hotel. The beach here is very close to the hotel and is a 1-minute walk away. Something very horrifying happened the day we went. At that time we were taking pictures on the beach, because during the national day, China's tourists are particularly many, the beach side also gathered a lot of Chinese people from all over, there are 3 girls in front of us wearing surfboards, probably also after about 10 minutes, suddenly running a lot of locals in the distance, blurt out not know what to say, But look at the posture and know what's going to happen.

Modern huge entrance hall. Slow moving gates. Large pool rectangle. But right on the ocean front close to main surf points.

Wonderful location right on the beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. View is great and food spread is awesome. The staff even packed us our breakfast when we went whale watching early morning. Rooms are also very spacious. In all a great place to be in Mirissa.

You walk in the door and you are in paradise. Palm trees and crashing waves from your balcony. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The building itself fits the natural aesthetic perfectly. It's not 'kitchy' or ostentatious. It's rough around the edges which is perfect. Food is the only reason it didn't get 5 stars. It's good without being great. Love this place! Definitely coming back.

Great location on the beach. The hotel has a swimming pool with sea view. The rooms are spacious. The environments should be restructured to make them more modern. Reasonable food, buffet.

The hotel is very good, but it has a few quirks, thus the 4-star rating. On Booking and other aggregators there are only rooms starting from 140$. However on their site and by phone (our driver called) they also have family bungalows for 120$ The bungalow is 2 floors with 2 king beds and 1 single bed. The rooms are clean and there is a balcony. The shower room is not very convenient, hardly lit, has 180cm door (watch your head), but the hot water stream is very good. The hotel only offers half and full board, and at dinner (7-10) there are no complimentary drinks of any kind! A shame for 100+$ per night hotel to try to squeeze another hundred rupees. Otherwise the dinner was OK, but from that price range I would expect more. Breakfast had high variety of foods and sweets. Taste was OK, but nothing more. The location is right on the beach and there are plenty nice looking cafees around. Too bad there are nor dinnerless reservation options available. The hotel states 'Wi-Fi' in its description everywhere, but turns out that the reception only partially covers the bungalow, so the signal was coming and going. Seems TripAdvisor sometimes has breakfast-only deals for this hotel — try to get that and avoid the restaurant.

The location is great, and the pool is fine. Everything else is awful: virtually no service around the pool, grumpy employees. You go to the buffet and there is no water and no one to ask, the guy around the pool hands you chair cushions dirty with bird poo, the receptionist looks annoyed when you ask him to book a taxi. Very unprofessional overall, yet this hotel is pretty expensive. The only people really working at this hotel are the people scrubbing the area around the pool, bent over for 7h straight in the sun. Find somewhere cheaper with maybe fewer amenities but at least fewer grinches.

If you are dying to watch whales and well if you're lucky some killer whales, they have a nice speed boat that leaves everyday morning at 6am. The paradise beach club mirissa is also a hotel in the renowned beach area of sri lanka — Mirissa. The Hotel has over 40 delux and supirior rooms and two private cabanas. They also have surfing lessons if you wanna try surfing in the lankan waves. If you are also interested in going around the area, ask them to arrange a local tour for you. Hope ypu have a nice stay when you visit the Paeadise Beach Club in Mirissa.

I was there the winter 2013-2014. It was a really relaxing hotel and it was really nice. Don't book the bungalows though cause the toilets there were SOO nasty and they didn't work but otherwise it was great.

Expensive and not very good. The new wing dislikes, beautiful pool (seafront).

We have here just the best food of our Sri Lanka trip eaten. In addition, a beautiful place right on the Mirissa beach with views of the sea.

Comfy and clean beach front cabin, slept four and price included breakfast and dinner, both of which were tasty! Price was very reasonable considering what we were quoted elsewhere in Mirissa — worth a stay.
