We arrived and got a nice room, and after 30min they changed us room because they apparently made a mistake in the booking. We got a Cabana, which had a semi-roof, frogs IN the room, and the net was super dirty. We gently explained the manager we would cancel the booking because it just didn't make sense to pay this price for a place worse than doing camping… and which did not represent what we had booked. There are no photos on Booking. Com for the Cabanas. The owner got super aggressive, screamed in my face to pay even if we didn't use anything in the room and did not sleep there. I got so scared that I was shaking and crying… Would not recommend…
