Visited this amazing place in December, 2021. It was one of the best experiences we ever had. Location, view, room, food, pool area and staff service were fantastic. Special regards should be given to "Shehan Deshapriya" who was really helpful to us throughout the stay. I wish all the very best to the team and keep up the good work! Manju & Upeksha.

I have stayed jetwing surf on 17th this month. Very disappointed about foods. All the food was not good. 0716669494

Jetwing Surf is a truly spectacular eco-friendly place on a lonely wonderful beach. Everything is perfect! The cabanas are also outstanding. The executive chef Mr. Dharshana and his team at this hotel served excellent food. The staff along with the front officer Hafi were very helpful, courteous and friendly. We highly recommend this resort and we will definitely come back again!

We had a two night stay on surf and the food was amazing. Best meals we had on any jetwing hotel. Chef was super friendly and he was like "don't think about the menu much just tell me what you want". Staff were also very helpful with everything. We had a great floating breakfast on pool and it was so amazing.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience during our stay in Jetwing Surf. I would like to specially thank Chef Dharshana, Hafi and his crew including Abdul for the hospitality and excellent service provided making our stay a memorable one.

Hands down, one of the best hotels in Sri Lanka. Me and my husband loved every minute we spent there. Very relaxing and Eco-friendly environment with a first class service. The staff is very attentive. Especially our server Abdul and the head chef Darshana, Thank you so much for Excellent and exceptional service. The food is more than good and the surroundings are beautiful. Overall incredible experience.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Jetwing Surf. It was an absolutely amazing vacation. The staff were very polite and hospitable. Jehan greeted us professionally and showed us to our rooms. I commend his service and professionalism. Not to mention Chef Palitha, Chef Tharanga and their team met my dietary requirements perfectly. I am impressed with the commitment made to make sure I was comfortable with my meals per my special requests (no oil and added sugar). The management staff were extremely professional and made sure we felt welcome and attended to at all times. The location is serene and relaxing. Jetwing never fails to meet expectations! Kudos to the team at Jetwing Surf for making our vacation a memorable one! I would most definitely visit again!

Spent a night with family for my wife’s birthday we did really enjoyed our stay the place is really clean the staff’s are very friendly specially the chef I really would like to thank him for the lovely cake and the surprise great hospitality. I stayed 2 nigts at the jetwing surf, while touring sri lanka on motorbikes. We had the most amazing time, thanks to an incredible property, but even more because of the amazing hospitality and service. I loved the places and will be back.

The views from the every corner of the hotel were gorgeous. The room was ample size, the bed super comfy with luxe linens, the bathroom had nice fixtures which were more eco friendly, top of the line toiletries. Mouthwatering food with excellent customer service. We had a wonderful weekend and all the very best for more initiatives towards a sustainable future with eco tourism — с Dinithi Jayasinghe и Pavan De Silva.

Nice place, a bit isolated from the Arugam bay, but this is nice if you look for a place to relax. It is very nice it uses recycled products and reuses water, etc. Would be better not to use seashells as water tap. The rooms are huge, very beautiful, new and well equipped, we liked all about it, especially that you can sleep without ac, with fans only. The service is very nice, but you can still feel it is new, was opened only 8 months ago. The food though is very strange, it has a big verity of food, but for us it felt overthought and too much complicated. We would prefer to have something simple but of a good quality. But overall, nice place to stay.

Stayed at Jetwing Surf for two nights and it was amazing. The hotel was clean and beautiful! The room was huge and comfortable. The food was tasty. The staff were super friendly! Wonderful place, amazing architecture of the villas and the reception area. Friendly staff, chef, waiters and the recreational manager. Neat and tidy rooms, bathing area in the villas are exceptional. Spent the honeymoon and a celebration arranged by the chef surprisingly, awesome. Food served in a unique way and tasty food to our requirements, though the set menu was available, the chef was willing to give anything we order.

Love the place, there are some unusual things going over but when u talk to the staff they do explain why they do it. It's an interesting place and remarkable experience… Dont expect AC rooms or buffet over there other than that everything over there is perfect… Talk to the staff all the time they do arrange anything for u…

An amazing experience. Great staff. Fantastic food by chef Dharshan and the team. Came on 9th April and the hotel on short notice arranged a fabulous safari to Kumana at a price that was real value for money, not to mention the sandwiches provided to us at 4.30 in the morning! personlized service, pristine beach. Could go on and on, but would only say simply wow.

Had an amazing stay at Jetwing Surf. A much needed luxury to the east coast. Loved the design of the hotel. The staff is very friendly n the food was fantastic. Loved the presentation of the meals as well. Not having AC was not an issue for us as the place is very windy. Would highly recommend this place to any one looking for serenity and a comfortable stay with a different kind of an experience.

Built with a unique concept of curvy and round shapes everywhere. The scene of sunrise is breathtaking. Food is exceptionally cooked and the chef is continuously checking the feedback from the guests and personalize the dishes for you. You'll enjoy the room mostly if you are a true nature lover. No A/C, open air bath, directly accessible cabanas from the beach, eco-friendly materials have created a unique experience for the guests. My stay was on February, and the heat was not too excessive but may get somewhat hot during April I believe. Overall great experience, awesome staff, good management and a clean environment!
