Grapevine Manor

I’ve just spent five days at Grapevine Manor celebrating my birthday with friends and family. You’ll be hard pressed to find a more ideal venue for an event like this! They have 9 bedrooms, spacious kitchen, dining room and bar, a swimming pool and a hot tub which, in April, was very welcome after a few bracing laps in the pool😁! The rooms a very tastefully decorated, generous in size with very comfortable beds.
But the best thing about the place are its hosts. Damon and James will go out of their way to make your stay unforgettable wanting you to go back time and time again.
The location is remote so you’ll need a car but if you’re into cycling Damon will show you all the best trails around. And if you like hiking go during the cooler months to enjoy the surrounding mountains.
All in all, I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a place away from the usual tourist spots. Thank you, James and Damon for making my 60th celebrations unforgettable!

Old finca renovated with style. A 100% chill out manor house with impeccable service. A little difficult to find but worth the effort.
Buffet style breakfast had plenty of choices & special mention that the eggs are from free range chickens on the premises.
Excellent swimming pool & spa bath in large sunny area with plenty of sunbeds.
Ample free parking.

A perfect getaway for relaxing by the pool, enjoying the countryside and exploring surrounding vineyards! Grapevine Manor is a lovely villa with clean and comfortable rooms located between beautiful fields – about an hour's drive from Alicante. James & Damon are excellent hosts and very friendly! We immediately felt at home and will definitely come back in the future. Breakfast outside was great and we also enjoyed a fantastic homecooked dinner. We also rented their ebikes, which we can highly recommend e. G. To check out the area between Grapevine Manor and the town of Salinas.

We loved our stay at Grapevine Manor. It's located in a beautiful area; amazing landscapes and so quiet. The room was very clean and cool, just like the communal spaces. The breakfast was amazing — fruits, yogurts, granola, bread, eggs, great coffee, and we could sit outside, enjoying thát and the views. Also, James and Damon are amazing hosts, couldn't recommend staying at their place more.

We stayed here for two and a half weeks while we waited for a house purchase nearby to complete. Damon and James were fantastic hosts, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel itself is beautiful, got to be the most relaxing place we have stayed. Beautiful pool and hot tub too, breakfasts were amazing and there is bbq facilities too. And don’t forget to try the cocktails! Thank you so much Richard and Sally.

Would like to thank Damon and James for a wonderful weeks holiday. My sister and I stayed in the Gold Room absolutely beautiful. James and Damon have decorated rooms to a very high standard. We woke up every morning sitting on. Our balcony to panoramic views. Breakfast was excellent — something for everyone. Fresh eggs from Damon's hens delicious. The hotels location is perfect for a peaceful holiday or as a base to travel from. I couldn't add a review on booking. Com as I didnt book through them. I would definitely have given Damon and James 10 out of 10 for cleanliness, food, friendliness. They are the perfect hosts and the hotel with its wonderful pool is exceptional. Cant wait to go back 🥰

We have just returned from a fantastic 2 week stay at Grapevine Manor. Family & friends stopped at the Manor for the Wedding Blessing of Charlotte & Danny plus the Christening of their daughter Faith. The wedding blessing & Christening took place beside the pool in the grounds of the Manor.
The property is large and has enough space for everyone to have quiet moments or for full group gatherings. The shelves are stocked with books & DVDs for everyone’s enjoyment. We had such fun cooking for the family both in the large well stocked kitchen and outside using the BBQ. We had darts & pool competitions in the evening plus time relaxing around the house. The bar area that we stocked from the local bodega (approx 4 miles away) and supermarkets (approx 8 miles from the Manor) was very popular.
All the bedrooms & bathrooms are individual and add to the charm of the property.
On the Thursday of our stay a white van appeared in the drive and it was a local gentleman selling fresh seasonal fruit & vegetables. I did get a little carried away with all that I bought but it was so fresh and proved to be so flavoursome. The oranges that were only picked 30 minutes before being sold to me were the best I have ever tasted. If you stay here make sure you sample this local produce.
Grapevine Manor is in an isolated spot but the scenery is amazing & it was so good to be in such a beautiful & quiet place.
