Good place to rest, very friendly and attentive staff.
To improve something, the blackout curtains of the windows do not occupy the whole window and let in some light, with blinds that does not happen.
But overall very good.

Very quiet. Clean, very good access and parking,

The bedrooms are very well conditioned, plus it is in a very well connected place, has tram stop nearby and very good attention.

Overall good though there are things that we did not like. The rooms were clean but they smelled like closed. We had to ventilate on entering. There was no way to connect to the Wi-Fi. What has bothered us the most is how he has treated one waiter to another in the cafeteria. He has spoken ill in front of people questioning his way of working, which by the way the boy was doing great.

Good hotel for meetings or if you have any event in the area, it is clean modern, good price and good area.

The wall can not separate rooms very well. You will hear your neighbors watching TV or talking.

Somewhat expensive for my taste. Good facilities, with swimming pool, football pitch, study and leisure areas. Garage available (though they are not responsible for what happens). As negative points, the cafeteria (the food is horrible) and Wi-Fi (very bad).

It is a very nice dorm. I lived here for 4 months and loved the room. But I do have a lot of complaints. The Wi-Fi is terrible. I do not understand how students live here and they have such poor Wi-Fi. Anytime you complain to them they say its fine and use it outside the rooms but even outside the rooms the Wi-Fi IS TERRIBLE. I had no data on my phone so I relied on Wi-Fi so I am very passionate about this. It has made my time here miserable because getting homework done or contacting my family back home has been the biggest struggle. Secondly, the air condition barely works. When it gets hot here your room is burning and the A. C. Does not help. I would not recommend.

I had to stay there because of a course being held at the lecture building II at the University of Aliceante, and perhaps because I believed that I would stay in something more akin to a hotel, I took a good deception. The bed is small and is limited by the feet, and also breakfast is literally lousy, it is best to skip it though it is included. At least it is a clean place.

Facilities excellent, quality price ratio very good, cleaning good and correct, and Garage for the car. Attention fully recommended.
