UPDATE: I went back to the hotel again and the staff were very apologetic with all the problems that occured last time and my stay was excellent however there was another issue that I hope they can resolve soon. The Thai restaurants (Kosamui) head chef has left and the food has become very poor. For me it was the highlight of the place to have some of the best Thai food in Spain. Lets hope they resolve this issue next time I visit which should hopefully be very soon. Asia Gardens was one of the best hotels for me in Spain for the past few years. I was there for valentines weekend and on arrival the bell boy broken my car key and tried to blame it on my wife. They then tried to glue the key and it broke again but finally they made a new one that doesn't work well so I will need to make a new one at my cost. Food was not up to standard apart from the Thai Restaurant. On day of departure I asked for my bags to be collect. No one turned up for 45 minutes so we had to carry them ourselves from room very far away. This is not the service you should received from a 5 Star hotel resort in Spain. I'm not sure If I will go again after this experience. Shame!

Rooms are a bit hot (under powered Aircon practically undetectable) but the pools and spas are lovely and very good service.

Great hotel and experience. Asian Luxury in the Spanish Mediterranean. Recommended at any time of the year, in summer to enjoy its magnificent tropical pools and even in winter to take advantage of its hot water pools. Excellent rooms.

A very quiet place. Several restaurants. Large rooms and comfy beds. Very friendly staff. Nice buffet. For putting a stick, the location walking is far from everything.

A site that unfortunately I can not afford to stay more than three or four nights but when I can I give myself a luxury and relax to the fullest. The worst thing is that it is so good that you do not leave the hotel. The food is exceptional.

If you charge minimum €300 night and minimum 50 €/person in the restaurants, with facilities cared for the minimum detail and looking for excellence in every way, the Wi-Fi should be up to par and be top notch. However the connection is sometimes non-existent and the mobile network the same (both by overload). The gym is not up to par either.
The discipline of the staff is flawless.

Imperial Treatment, peace invades you when you visit this hotel, transmits very good sensations, the staff with a sublime education, besides overflowing sympathy, always have a smile drawn on the face and give you a greeting, the food very good, service Rooms very good, the beds super comfortable and are authentic marriage, not like in other hotels that put a cover and you slip through the slit, of course we repeat, for health issues we could not enjoy the treatment and spa, they very kindly They cared about our state of health, I was surprised at the amount of prizes they have but after the visit I find few of the best hotels we have visited in life, if you are looking for peace and quiet this is your hotel. 10 over 10 in every way.

The gardens are a pass, attention to detail, variety of plants and water everywhere, agapanthus in bloom in every corner. Great pools and excellent food. An experience to go in couple and enjoy the tranquility, still do not repeat. I came back another time to ask and make a reservation to go with the kids and at the front desk I was not treated well, too charged. The deal, a disappointment. Still, it's very cool.

Beautiful place, quiet and relaxing.

Weekend as my husband's birthday present, with 2 girls of 3 and 4 years, and had a great fun. At first we thought we had a bad ejido for the girls, but it was a success. We did not leave the hotel all weekend, the restaurants very well. The vegetation and the pools are spectacular, we'll repeat but next time as a romantic getaway.

I have gone with my boyfriend and the experience was 10. It is a magical place with large green areas and water. Very relaxing and perfect to go for a weekend of total disconnection. We will try to return.

We enjoyed a spectacular dinner of an Herbalife event. The lounge was spectacular.
The attention on the part of the whole group of waiters was also very good.
He welcome cocktail was up to par, maybe the lounge something just right but it is true that in the end we were many…
The dinner itself was at 5-star level. What one expects from a hotel of this category. Even for such a large group of people.

Wonderful hotel. Excellent. Unimproved.

There is a abysmal difference in the reservation deal with the new change from the manager, I am a regular hotel customer, the treatment of the staff of restaurants and public relations very good.
A month ago I invited some customers of mine, I have a conference company and I put a thousand hits to improve the room something that interested them because he thought to make a Congress of course already ruled out.
In reserves they become unwelcome. I cancelled New Year's Eve.
Little commercial View. It is noticeable the absence of the former director Hector Del Toro.

Gave a weekend to some friends for its 25th anniversary and the experience has been great. Good quality in the service in an incomparable frame. Highly recommended according to your opinions. Excellent service.

Beautiful Elysium, a whole orchard to relax. It has all the services you can imagine, with a more than correct attention and very professional staff in all departments. It shows good direction and tuning in the team. We tried all the restaurants though when we come back, I think we will eat every day in the hotel itself, as for much less price you are completely satisfied with the quality of the products. We have been here for some time but today we have seen the pictures and we have put the review.

A garden to die for where you can loose yourself on an adventure looking for waterfalls — yes they have many!

Heavenly, in a single word! They turned a piece of dry mountain into a tropical heaven. Everything done with a harmonious touch. The rooms, amount of active happy staffs, the garden, pools… superbly wonderful. Just loved our stay, very well looked after!

If you love swimming pools don't miss Asia Gardens. There are pools on top of pools and plenty of space for everyone. The service is outstanding you'll find no reason to head down to Benidorm. The breakfast buffet is great too just get there early to avoid the rush.

Hotel in Alicante Spain. Five stars for a refined and classy hotel with Oriental scent.

Was there in November. Lovely beautiful place, but the service was dire. Only one restaurant open, although the the food dinner and breakfast was delicious. Our TV in the room didn't work so it took the management over 2 hrs to decide to switch the TV and not the room, whilst we were left in limbo couldn't unpack until, it was decided. We drove to a mall and mosied about but it wasted precious hotel time.

Very good stay. The spectacular decoration. Excellent service and permanent maintenance of the installations. Highly recommended.

Excellent choice in the area. There was State years ago and remains "in form". Two outdoor swimming pools heated and with sunshine and no wind (20° Celsius of temperature) allow you to have a swim.
Thai massage to the more pure style, with Thai always smiling. It is expensive, but it is special.

The restoration leaves a lot to be desired, why not give 5 stars.

Really amazing, high level, film hotel. A microcosm beside Benidorm with an impressive-looking, a spectacular attention and norrmalita cuisine. Less SL, must know it.

I've gone twice to this hotel: one with children and one without them.
In both cases the experience has been fantastic.
There are areas of the spa and restaurants that may not enter the children, and if you come with your family, there is option that parents are calmer and eat all the children together in a table.
The spa zone and swimming pools are spectacular, not by size but by comfort and design.
The common areas have vegetation that makes you think that you are in Thailand and the services and attention is a luxury hotel.
The suites are well worth if you are going with family because they are spacious and very comfortable.
They have a kids club and a lot of activities depending on the time of year, which keeps kids very entertained.

If you can afford it, it is a place highly recommended for those seeking to disconnect from everyone and everything during your vacation. Luxury asian front of the Mediterranean sea, the Barcelo Asia Gardens Hotel Thai Spa far exceeded expectations which were already very high by itself. The decoration and atmosphere is very cozy and it really seems that you're in a villa in bali or in one of the glamorous hotels in the southeast asian. We love the fact that a hotel is more than just a place to sleep in and surprised us and this has been achieved by far.

Fabulous 5-star hotel. Excellent gardens and decoration. Stunning rooms, very big, beautiful, and with all the details. Swimming pools clean, beautiful designs, very quiet. Restaurants, mediterranean cuisine, asian, creative… Staff is extraordinary, very professional and attentive. Points to improve: the Wi-Fi does not have good coverage in the hotel. The lady at reception in the Spa (Pink, I think it is called) very arrogant and snooty. The rice of the Palapa restaurant are not particularly good. Everything else excellent.
