As soon as the door of the room was opened, there was an intense smell of tobacco that increased when entering the room and became unbearable in the bathroom. We called the person in charge (there is no one in reception, it is all automated), requesting a change of room. After we refused on the phone that anyone could have smoked in there, he finally went to the apartment to check it out. Once there he excused himself saying that it was “a problem of ventilation” and that he was not going to give us another room or economic compensation or any other alternative. Paradoxically the room was full of signs of no smoking under a fine of 100€, but no one went there to check it out. We then requested the complaint form, denying it at that time because it was not available at the establishment (being obliged to do so), so we had to notify the police to come to our aid. Thanks to the police, despite having repeatedly refused to go to collect the aforementioned sheet, and under warning of lawsuit for breach of the law, they went to collect the claim sheet. Also does not correspond to the quality-price of the place, being an outrageous price (100€), a place away from the center, without reception, without the possibility of breakfast, wrong way (of listened to all of the guest rooms and hallway) and light pollution (the curtains do not clog the light and we could not just stick eye). If after all this you still want to stay there … good luck.
