Not what I expected as per AirBNB. I emailed the host requesting a additional night for which was advertised by AirBNB for £44 the host didn’t acknowledge the emIl and when I asked for the additional night they charged me £77! When I asked
Why they didn’t answer my email they said we are too busy and don’t check emails! The room was adequate but not as per AirBNB photos. The
Place is a apartment hotel, not what I expected.

Sauna was pretty good. We in finland use to throw water on the stove. Inside pool was good. It was too early to go to the out side pool. Food was good. Staff was very frendly.

Pool is amazing and staff is very friendly. There is not free Wi-Fi and orange juice is not natural : (. Apartments are good.

The buffet is a waste, a lousy breakfast, you can not even drink the coffee and the juices and we don't even talk… And on top of that, you get 15 euros after you're surprised. They have nowhere the price and when we asked before entering the price the girl did not want to answer us and was in a hurry to sit… or change them. Prices and quality or has the days counted. Disgusting.

Fair valuation this year. They have gone from being aparthotels to being tourist apartments and the level has mostly descended to level cleaning Which is now only once every five days, well in our case to the sixth day even. And the extra beds are all broken. The elevators are bad. Otherwise just like last year. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was very nice upon check-in. Rooms included everything needed for a few days stay and were very clean. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Dénia again.

It's comfortable to go with kids.
It has a small indoor pool, Jacuzzi, gym and gardens with a larger outdoor pool with waterfalls and bridges.
They offer the option of free buffet.
I put 4 stars because it does not have private parking and in summer it can be difficult to find site.

We stayed here for super cheap in May. I imagine in the school holidays this place can be crowded and noisy. But when we stayed it was quiet and relaxing. The sauna and pool are great. It's near the beach. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There is a bar and cafe, so you have everything you need.

The apartments are fully equipped, with good distribution and in good condition. The spa facilities and surroundings are very quiet although we have missed attention in this enclosure, since there was no employee in this area at the time of our visit. The staff at the resort are very nice.

Lovely apartments. No oven though, which restricts you to hob and microwave. Great location, 5 mins walk to beach and 3 mins drive to Lidl.

Very good place to go with children, the apartment is modern and clean, a large garden in which is the pool, a restaurant with average food quality but very good cociner@ with what the result is very satisfying, especially the rice and Fideuá. The animator is great and leaves a little time for the dads both in the morning and in the afternoon.
How you stick the kitchen utensils very worn (the frying pans were all glued) and the heated pool normal and with a lot of chlorine smell.

Good tourist infrastructure!

I don't like that I bother with last minute deals at the time of doing the chekin, that if we have a half board offer,. We got tired and looking forward to enjoying the facilities and didn't want to waste time at reception. For the highest we arrived at the assigned room and was not ready. They solved it quickly but I didn't like it. And less than the next day the cleaning girl woke us up saying that according to her return we had to leave the room that day, when we stayed one more night.

Good resort to spend holidays in a quiet place to the slopes of the. Montgó.
The apartments are spacious with two good terraces, refurbished and well-equipped. The swimming pools and outdoor gardens are very pleasant and indoors have a SPA area, heated swimming pools, Jacuzzi, sauna and gym.

The apartments and the facilities are very complete and clean. Very quiet area. The best the indoor pool and the spa included in the price. The worst, by far, the free Buffet; little variety and low quality.

The apartments are fine. Good size, clean and have everything you need at the level of tableware and tableware. Comfortable bed and bathroom with shower. Overall very good. Although I see several points to improve the rest of the Aparthotel. Breakfast is very very mediocre. The coffee sucks and the juice is machine Q, is horrible. The bad cold cuts and the canned fruit, I do not recommend it at all, better save it. The gym is very old and the machines need to be renovated, many of them spoiled. Regarding the location ask Q os den in blocks A, B, C or D, never in the E or F. The first are those with sun and better views in addition to being brighter and try to put you on high floors as they are more enjoyable, the basses are up to the garden/pool and being a family hotel there is much screaming child. If I had been given in the A, B, C or D my experience would have been much better.

Moved room because of poor soundproofing and child crying but kept awake again this time due to someone running a washing machine upstairs! Gym overcrowded with obsolete equipment and no space to stretch. Tepid shower temperature everywhere.

Reasonable prices, quiet garden inside and parks outside. Pools in the garden. Their gym is simply excellent! Check it out if you can!

Well-maintained, newly renovated aparthotel. City and Meernah.

Very well equipped and spacious apartments. The only thing I did not like was to say that it has spa and when you go down you see a simple indoor pool. But hey, that's indifferent. The place is pretty good. Very advisable.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The spa… did not work and is very small and detachable. The breakfast buffet was very limited. To spend a weekend this well.

Very well equipped apartments, with a welcome kit (coffee, biscuits, teas, etc. ), and another cleaning kit with detergent, ballet… Although some areas are a bit outdated or fairly used, it usually was fine. We went to spend a weekend and very happy, the pool is very large and with green. The beach is about 5 min walk and it is very quiet.
We had a good weekend.

I was delighted to be at the OGISAKA GARDEN Aparthotel The food was not like that of a Michelin starred restaurant but it was good. The best thing is that every day they cleaned the apartment for you.

We do not recommend this hotel at all. First of all we booked breakfast and lunch included for the weekend but unfortunately lunch on a saturday was not served so we had to choose the meal for Sunday. Clients must leave the premises at 10 am, which means that waiting for the meal wandering around until 1.30 is absolutely ridiculous. Security and control is non _existant, so we can access to the gym and get robbed. Someone opened my locker and stole 40 € from my wallet which was absolutely ignored by the reception chief mr. Roberto. Maybe he had better work at a night club rather that a “ 3* smart hotel “ in Denia paradise. Do come and visit Denia, you won’ t regret it! Just find somewhere else to stay…

Medium sized resort with easy access to beachfront, marina and mountain. Beach is fairly small but beachfront is long enough for walking, jogging and cycling. Unlike some resorts, the resort is located within easy access to restaurants, marina and other facilities in the town. Apartments are clean but not 4 or 5 star category; kitchen is basic. Palm fringed lawn within the complex is private and was not crowded in early October Service is good. Has swimming pools, bar and restaurant within the resort. Disabled access is provided. Wi-Fi not included in the booking, which is unusual these days. There is a gym with large number of equipments but poorly maintained. Overall a resort with easy access to a cove and marina but of a 3 star quality. They certainly can do a lot better!

We stayed here only for two nights on the return journey from Tarifa to Germany. There is nothing directly to expose at this hotel — or better: Touristenressourt. But it's all pretty much over the years without the sea view, it's comparatively overpriced, the paid Wi-Fi is underground and not worth a penny. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and good. Nevertheless: to the three stars in the evaluation I have to wrestle in the face of the prices and additional prices (WLAN). Were rather two stars.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped, the staff friendly and helpful. The food on the other hand, is overpriced and not very nice. Would certainly return, but not for the food.

Quite old and torn place 15 min from center of Denia (by walk). No cleaning (as promised in reservation). Not the cleanest pool in area and beach is much more beautiful north of town. Internet (slow) 12€ for each device…

The hotel has a very friendly and good staff. I have stayed for a week in the hotel and I loved it! I recommend you to visit!

Funny clean and excellent meal.

Third time visiting here, nice place to stay, great views over garden and towards the sea. Nice walking distance to town.

Located in Denia, between Valencia and Alicante, is a not very recent complex but equipped with all comforts, our estudio had bedroom and room, two TVs, kitchenette perfectly equipped with induction plates, microwave etc… friendly staff and Available.

A fairly nice place but not the best we've stayed at. The apartment was reasonable but sparse on kitchen equipment — the kettle was missing so we couldn't have a hot drink when we arrived. A plus point was the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi — warm and spacious. A minus point was when they presented the bill as we checked out and we found we had been charged for electricity — we were not made aware of this on check in. Also we had to pay for the internet.

Cheap hotel, something to come in the years. Bedroom window was located directly on the (public) entrance corridor. It was not possible to open the window.

The hotel very nice and clean and very well looked after grounds. However upon our late check in I tried to find out more about the use of the gym. The reception seem to not even know there was one and when I went down in the day time, I found the gym myself with the plan to ask them direct about extra cost etc. I stood waiting over 10 minutes whilst the staff finished their conversation and did not even acknowledge the fact I was standing there. In the end I walked out, and that level of service has ruined my whole experience. I will not be using this hotel again!

Positive: the friendly staff, the breakfast buffet, the apartment well, close to the beach and the Centre. Negative: the somewhat uncomfortable mattress, you pay Wi-Fi but only a disposirivo can be connected.

Welcoming in any season, at 200 meter from the beautiful beach of the Marineta and splendid rocky coasts.
The service is professional and very comfortable apartments. If you can, try the massage and special treatment to the chocolate.

I have owned, some year I changed it and in general if I compare distance and accommodation, I prefer this compensates for what has, is okay and you have independence.
I like it.

Heavy checkin. Get you almost compulsory half board offering massage then I can not give because are saturated.
Buffet rather than painful. I spent the night sitting on toilet Cup, and thank goodness that I was, and not one of my children. By my poor head is me ocurrio eat 3 pies requetefritas, who then took me. (Neither had much to choose. I remember everything you had of head)
(Without MONITOR) heated pool, jacuzzi and sauna.
The good part is that the apartments are well equipped. A a. 2 TV, fridge without freezer, microwave.
Therefore this clear interest to go and enjoy its facilities, pending the children if you have them, and always eat at the apartment, or outside. Never in the buffet.

Nice experience but the buffet restaurant could be improved since there was little variety of meals. And accessibility to the complex rather difficult from ten in the evening since they close the portals having to go through all the facilities. Dealing with the service good but somewhat embarrassing to offer pension full or half with much haggling to get at least one breakfast. In Exchange, good perfectly equipped apartments and beautiful swimming pools.
